Do not answer phone. I will instead make an unnecessary journey to the Pharmacy to see if my prescription is ready to pick up. I have no doubts it wont be given the previous mistakes made here.

They don't answer the phone. What's the point in offering a prescription service when they don't have the staff to operate it? Also, the texting service to notify you that a prescription is ready to collect is useless because you still have to wait 30 minutes when you get there.

Never answer phone, staff ignore people, takes 3 staff to sort one prescription, appalling service, have never got enough medication to full fill entire prescriptions. texts sent to say prescriptions are ready, only for when you go to be told they are not yet ready.

A great place to be able to buy medical products and pick up prescriptions and you might come across every so often that the doctor hasn’t sent your prescription however this isn’t the chemist fault as for the doctors find it hard to send the prescriptions, the staff are amazing and it’s over all a amazing place

Have put in extra effort to make sure my prescription is fetched from Dr's when a repeat didn't go through. Have been apologetic and helpful when someone forgot to order a repeat and sorted an emergency supply.
Always been pleasant and polite when dealing with me and have great opening hours for those of us who work shift hours.

I felt so sorry for the lady behind the counter this morning (Sunday) as the Pharmacist hadn't turned up (for the 2nd Sunday on the trot). She was very friendly and apologetic but obviously couldn't do anything about it. How unprofessional! I was in desperate need of emergency medication for my elderly father so had to go to Tesco instead who were brilliant!

I did leave a good review for this chemist.
5 stars.
I have since deleted it and now provide this new one.
So pi$$ed off today.
Rang a total of 10 times in the last hour and they keep just cutting me off rather than picking up the phone. So angry.
Only wanted to say to have my meds ready as im coming over in a taxi and dont want to wait 20 minutes like i had to last time.
I understand that they may get busy here but still no reason to be rude.
I now understand what people have been saying about this place

My usual pharmacy never have one crucial prescription item in stock despite it being regularly ordered through them. I have gone to Well on at least three occasions and they always have it.
Their staff have been very helpful and have taken time to listen and advise. This is a rarity in the UK Health-we don't-care system these days.

INCREADIBLY RUDE
They Wouldn't sell me piriton for my pregnant wife, I told them that the Doctor told me to buy them for her and explained. The pharmacist told me it must be prescribed and to get a better GP! (Got piriton with no drama elsewhere)

Awful pharmacy. Constantly not ordering the right quantities and forgetting to order things. On 2 separate occasions, they've lied to me about having ordered something and then when I went in it hadn't been ordered.

Worst pharmacy ever. Lost my tablets several times and don't order enough even though I have a repeat prescription monthly. Only had my full order a handful of times. Staff are rude. Looking elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anybody.

Repeat prescription service is very poor, Given date to collect. calling a day later than given and it hadn't even been ordered! NHS must have many visits to QMC caused by poor service in the local community.
