Vision Pharmacy

I use this pharmacy because its local to my son's school and it's easy access although on a main road. It's convenient for me it has parking directly outside the shop. You get served promptly and although they are busy, I find the staff very professional and polite at all times. Always greeting me and dealing with my requests promptly. Excellent Service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Tasneem was very helpful as I have to pay for my prescription, she advised me of the best payment plan. Taking into account the correct medication at a better price. Very friendly and helpful.

I went for my daughter ear pearcing. There is lady work there name '' UNEZA'' she did my daughter ear piercing, not only that but she was so patients and helpful and kind towards my daughter she waited untill my daughter was not ready to do so and even my daughter is only 1 year old and to do piercing for such small child is hard job but she did it very well. So kind, helpful, highly recommended And also 100% safe. After piercing she gave advice for next steps as well which is most important. Thank you very much UNEZA''.

I use this pharmacy at all the time to collect my medicine the staff are always very helpful well organised.the girl on the counter works very good Customer service is very good.

My mother has been with the Pharmacy for years. The team are wonderful and helpful especially during these tough Covid times and hime delivery. Their team member Zakira is super helpful.

Excellent service, staff always polite and friendly, if you have a problem the staff always try and help and if you have a personal matter they take you to 1 side and discuss the situation. We have used this pharmacy for 7 years even thou there is 1 closer to us and will continue to use.

I use Vision Pharmacy as my main regular Pharmacy where they do my electrical scripts. My family also gets there monthly meds from here too and there's always an issue to self isolating with my mother, my address has changed and the drivers are incompetent, I phone up to complain and one staff I believe her name is Onzia has helped me and gone above and beyond expectations really apologetic and makes sure she calls me to let me know of the outcome I hate calling up to complain but the management needs to re train all their staff. Thank you onzia for helping me with all my issues. You are a real asset to the team.

Very convenient has car payments and sells other necessities

I first used this pharmacy when my daughter was very ill and needed multiple prescriptions. The staff were very friendly and helpful and instructed me about the prepayment certificate, including a refund for the meds for the next time I visited. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism at such a difficult time.

I check this yesterday and found out that your pharmacy will be open today at 10am, I arrived today at 10:15 with a poster in the window saying that it will be open at 11am I waited till 11:15am still not open now I have to spend the rest of the day trying to get medication for tonight. Seriously you’re pharmacies sort yourself out please this far from satisfactory I asked them about this on Monday they didn’t even offer an apology

This pharmacy is a joke. The staff are so rude!! They were unapologetic when they made a mistake and did not offer solutions to rectify this. They had a “it’s not my problem” attitude and were extremely rude towards me. On many occasions they have messed up prescriptions and dosage. I will be taking my custom elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Do not use this pharmacy.

Medication delivered smells of strong cigarette as well as the medication boxes. Got told to bring back the delivery. It’s a joke for them I guess. Why have drivers who smoke ? Really pathetic and not acceptable at all.

Horrendous service have my meds delivered due to personal reasons but i suffer with severe anxiety and every time the delivery dude if I don't answer the buzzer will buzz and buzz and buzz and then start hammering the main door I am ill at the moment recovering from an operation so i was asleep and this is how he delivered my meds not only that my meds are a month early I now have 3 months supply due to them delivering them early this is starting to get ridiculous and the staff are always rude and stand off ish with no manners and are very disrespectful if I find another chemist soon I will be changing as i have had enough now

I was given a split pack of antibiotics with open blisters inside the pack...the split pack had poorly cut strips with 6 out 15 capsules open-to-air. Will not be using the chemist again

Use to be an excellent pharmacy until it got busy by chance as another pharmacy got sanctioned to close down. And Mr Ali Fortunate hard ball gambler lottery winner won the application due to having offering double and even triple amounts at times to scare other competitors away. unfortunately this has really brought the business down to only convenience. which is what were all after right? Pass them over the prescription and get your medication with dis regard and care about customer service, aggressive behaviour from the owner! And every time come here to get my prescription, i always see Mr Ali treat all his staff with aggressive behaviour, treats them like they are just sheep and know nothing, No moral boost nd have seen female staff cry there eyes out after he shouts at them. Not sure what sort of mistake you have to make to get treated like your working for someone in the streets of mumbai. (yes i have visited mumbai hence my comparison). So i say -A-solution go elsewhere? I say no because im an old lady who has to walk less due to my illness and im sure there will be more people in my situation. I would really advise Mr Ali to get a course in basic business studies and hire an external advisory board to regulate this pharmacy because this is nuts. Feel so sorry for the staff most have to leave within 3 months. This is a true factual report and BBC watchdog will be producing a documentary soon. but i want to get a view to the public out there before this takes place. Sorry to anyone including the owner mr ali motaphet if my post will cause any discomfort. But you are a public service and you should be working within to at least a semi professional standard.

As an added pharmacy to the Merlyn Vaz walk in centre, they have a lot of medicines and products that can help with most illnesses and disabilities to reduce pain and help cure small illlnesses like a bad cough

Worst pharmacy ever. Phoned to ask about the specific medicine. When arrived been told they don’t have it. Absolutely ridiculous never go there
