Booked an appointment online 2 days prior.
Arrived and was met at the door and then had a small interview. Waited about 5 minutes total before going in for the vaccination.
Everyone I interacted with was really pleasant and friendly and the service was swift and efficient.
About the vaccine - I felt nothing when it was given, not even the needle piercing the skin. I felt a couple of very minor twinges in the few hours after but have no other side effects.

Visited in February (2021) for my first Astra Zeneca Covishield vaccination and again in May for the 2nd dose. Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. Both experiences were smooth and painless. The appointment system works perfectly, arrived on time and was out within 15 to 20 minutes. A local service and much appreciated. I went for my 2nd vaccine here as my Gps surgery informed me they were out off stock and I had gone over 12 weeks. I booked via 119. I am still shielding and wary of where I go as it has been a long time at home. Unfortunately, the lady that greeted me was very rude, constantly asking me why I had ticked the health care assistants box, I explained my circumstances and that I hadn't. She was very argumentative and I was lost for words. People, in perticular 'the lady', need to understand and be sympathetic towards people like myself. My experience out was scary, awful and did nothing to aid my confidence. I do not believe this lady to be a health professional as from my experience they are very kind.

Visited today to get my COVID-19 vaccination. I have to say, I don't think they could have done any better with their organisation. Everything is covid safe, the doctor/nurse who I had was lovely and kind. Everything is cleaned and wiped down, everyone is at a distance. Cannot recommend the Severn Pharmacy team enough!! 10/10!
