No checkout staff. Moody atmosphere. Perhaps the most bleak place in Soho? Had to abandon my basket when I realised that neither a single checkout, nor customer services had s member of staff. Extremely disappointing.

Absolutely disgraceful how they store vegetables and berries. Things can be found rotten on the shop floor constantly and discounts for expired food is ridiculously high. Greedy corporation attitude. Why sell for les when better to let it rotten or bin everything.

I was served by one of the friendliest and most helpful Tesco staff members I have ever found anywhere in Britain. The fact that this was just off Oxford street in the centre of London on a ridiculously busy Saturday afternoon made it even more impressive as most of the day I had received very poor service in many other shops. I didn't take the name of the lady who served me but she should be congratulated for her excellent customer service.

Was stood in line for 15 minutes. Their contact less wasn't working. So used chip, didn't work. Was then send to the costumer service where I once again had to wait for 15 minutes. Same thing happened.
The lady at the costumer service till just said, we'll go and withdraw the money, I asked if it would then again gave to stand in line, she replied with "well obviously".
Not exactly service.

Standard tesco express, One of the staff at the check out told me to bin my waste the next time as I went to purchase something morning. To my suprise I asked what he meant, and he explained that I left a empty wrapper the day before on the self service machine. This was clearly not intentional and I felt it was extremely rude for him to even bring such a thing up, customer service isnt about challenging your shoppers about such a small thing.

Always been a fan of this tesco as they stock lots of great products and have a wide variety of choice for a supermarket in the centre of London. Today I received exceptional customer service when I asked for a favour. I needed a box for my director to take a computer home and after visiting endless shops along the way with no one able to help, I was greeted with a smile and a can do attitude. A gentleman by the name of Fab unloaded some bananas and gave me the box. I am convinced that Fab is short for Fabulous! Thank you so much!! Great people, Great shop! See you again soon :)

Well organised, well stocked and clean. There is always loads available in the meal deal section and great choice of chilled wines, beer and picnic ingredients perfect to grab if your heading for the sun in Soho square. Avoid lunch rush 12pm-2pm if you can however!

I shop here many days of the week and I find the service element of a shopping experience in this store to be non existent, and the staff seem to make up policy as it suits them. On asking to raise a complaint today i was told by someone with a badge saying from memory ' Salaman' that he was the manager . i said it was rather bizarre having to raise a complaint about the person to the same person...?! He then walked off leaving me for I think 15 minutes and I had to leave the store as it was about to shut and he
clearly was hiding. On asking someone the contact number and who to contact a colleague just said "dont you have access to the internet ?" - so helpful no?

Extensive selection of cold drinks, alcohol and snacks for all your outdoor/picnic in Soho Square/on-the-go needs! I also used their Click & Collect service to pick up some clothing. It was a bit slow given the store was very busy, but staff was very helpful and friendly so I didn't mind waiting a few mins extra.

Very good selection compared to other Tesco's in Central London!
Wide range of products and beers are good value compared to the bars near by.
Didnt like that you have to pay at a self service with little manned pay areas. Did get served by a little woman who was extremely friendly and just made the experience feel 5* compared to the rest of London's don't speak or make eye contact experience.
Hard to find the store due to construction site outside the storefront.

숙소에서 가까워서 이용하게 되었는데 정말 물건 종류 다양하고 있을거 다 있어요!! 스시나 샌드위치등 있는데 저는 스시먹어봤는데 밥이 설익었었어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 물론 3파운드라 용서해줬는데 간편은 사 먹지마세요!
샐러드 야채가 종류가 많고 쌉니다!! 그리고 시즈닝된 닭가슴살이 있는데 샐러드에 함께 먹으니 좋아요!!
과일도싱싱하고 맛나고!!! 정말 강추합니다~~

Un supermarché bien pratique car il ouvre tôt le matin (sauf le dimanche) et ferme assez tard. De plus, il est ouvert 24/24h le samedi.
Après, comme tout supermarché de quartier, le choix des produits est assez limité mais on y trouve l'essentiel.
Idéal lorsqu'on loge dans une chambre d'hôtel équipée d'une kitchenette et qu'on n'a pas forcément envie de manger à l'extérieur.
