Quality of shoes are quite poor. I tried on three shoes today and they all had thin soles which were obviously unhealthy for feet health. I expected more from a short shop within that price range. What's the point in being a shoe shop and making poor quality shoes? If you're going to do something, you should do it to the best of your abilities.

Aldo’s web site says they close at 9pm (and so does their Google Maps listing). I made a trip out and found they were closed at 7:24.
Since they will apparently be closing at 7pm in the coming days, I invite Aldo to update the hours on their web site out of good business practice and respect for their customers’ time.

I bought a £30 bag at this store on the 28th of February. After 4 days the strap was broken on the side. I only wore it twice. When I bring it back to the store to get my money back. The staffs were quiet rude to me. They said the machine is not working so they can not give me my money back. Honestly I think their machine is never worked. It’s just an excuse they used. They just don’t want to give you back your money. So don’t waste your time go to this Aldo store in Westfield Stratford for a refund. At the end I have to exchange to a pair of sandals. I have to pay extra £10 for a pair of sandals ( that price is £40) that I don’t even like. I just want to get out of there quickly. They sell the bag but they do not refunded when the bag is actually broken after 4 days. Make up excuses that the machine is not working. I’m really disappointed. I been a regular customer for years but I won’t be shopping here ever again.

Same story, made a trip to this shop just to find out they are closed at 7pm.
Upd: I would give it 0 stars if possible. Manage to get there before 7pm and guess what? They do not accept returns in store. Please send it from post office. Worst shop ever.

Came to return a faulty pair of boots on my day off. Told to go to a post office instead to return my online order. Sorry I have to work Aldo.. If there are problems with your system don't blame the people trying to do their errands. It's not my problem,complain with your seniors and be more considerate to your customers rather than trying to get them out of the store.I was considering an exchange but will never give me my money to this brand again.

Such an annoying staffs they have... I was literally having a look at a bag in the shelf and talking to my sis on the phone explaining how the bag exactly looked like as I was about to buy a bag for her.. all of sudden this lady staff comes and took the bag from shelf and handed me... I was shocked. Thought what’s she up to and here she goes arranging the bags in the shelf. What the heel was wrong wid her to come and arrange the bags then when someone else is having a look... seriously some people don’t have common sense at all.. I was annoyed and disgusted. Just left the store without a word. Annoying staffs

Love my new cute heels from here, reasonable prices mine costing £50 plus I bought the shoe wipes promoted at the counter for £5 which since using I am very pleased I went ahead with, we all know how a nice pair of heels can look after hours of dancing and a few drinks, the wipes make them look brand new again. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

I went to ask for some advise about a pair of boots I had bought long time ago and no longer had the box or the receipt. I was greeted by Festus who made sure that him and the rest of the team present went out of their way to help me and came up with a much unexpected solution.
Furthermore they were all very patient and very kind.
Highly recommended store :)

Very pleasant experience helpful staff quite a small shop but a wide variety of shoes for both men and women goes without saying that ALDO is a well-known and well-respected brand value for money is generally quite good I would say you have to seek out the best Styles some are a little bit pate and some I'm not very well made but others especially the higher end of their price range really hit the mark all in all recommended

Absolutely no customer service or simple respect. Sunday 21 Jan 2018 lady in charge (Asian nationality woman) was completely rude to me when I've tried to make an exchange or refund.
Ive been told to move aside as the clients behind me want to pay and they have more priority atm.
Most of the Londons street markets provide you with much better and friendly customer service that I've got in that store.

Really disgusting and awful service. totally no idea about customer service .Management should recruit some people who knows at least some manner to deal with their customers. customers are buying it with their money definitely not for free .Their behaviour makes you think like they should go back to nursery just to learn some manner from kids and you don't have that ability to deal with this kind of CREATURE !!!!!!!!!!!
management should pay attention to their staff just to keep their brand value at least for this branch ..
