Really awful experience with Unze. I will never shop here again. It took me 2-3 months to get a refund for sandals that were in fact faulty. They never respond to emails nor do they pick up the phone. So much for the lifetime refund policy more like lifetime to refund your money policy. Even the manager is dodgy claims to do stuff but doesn't actually do anything. I was literally begging them for my money back if I wouldn't have pestered them they probably wouldn't have returned my money. Not even deserving of one star. Take my advice and never shop here.

I have never left a bad review regarding any company, but I don't want anyone else to go through bad experience like me so BEWARE of their online shop people. They give tracking number making out they have posted your parcel but Royal Mail never receive their parcels. Even their website contact number for UK forwards you all the way to Pakistan Contact Centre. Who in return, ask you to email customer services instead of solving your problem. Fraud Company needs to be reported how they cheat customers. So glad paid with Paypal otherwise would have lost my money. It's been 4 weeks now and still no sign of any parcel at all. Do not buy from them be warned or get yourself into a hastle.???? I wish I had checked reviews before buying. I don't know how people like this can even sleep at night trying to digest other peoples money.

Nice looking shop but prices are crazh once you realise that the shoes cost less then a couple of quid online from china or india. Anyway if you do buy dont expect the shoes to last long we bought took home and the top layer of the sandles had already come loose the gluse holding it was try looked like a pre repair job. Havent bothered to return as ended up using are own glue. Shoes are pretty and cosmetically really nice you will like the shoes but i would say look more then just the one place.

i must say not poor, the poorest services they are providing. their return policy is for show off. they tried to make the delay in exchange process than share excuses but in real they knowingly do it as they want you to buy the stuff at its original price.

They lie and cheat in that shop. If you have a need to return an item beware. They will lie and cheat and I have never seen a shop ‘Manager’ treat their customer so rudely. They do not deserve any stars. Avoid them at all costs.

Wonderful sandals for all occasions. Every time i go to Whitechapel or Green St i have to pop in their shops and have to buy a pair. They always bring in new stock and designs are better each time.
Price was affordable and sales are a bargain!

DO NOT BUY, They dont even deserve 1 star, I ordered more than a month ago and haven't received my item, I rang them 3, 4 times, the man on the phone was so rude, lied every time I rang that I'll get my item or refund in few days, month later I've recieved nothing. Worst customer service I've ever come across.

Absolutely poor customer service. Very rude and aggressive man. Return police is hmmm. There’s no return policy. Man shouted at me and said to get out there’s no return or exchange policy. I am very upset with this. Please don’t buy from this place.

Terrible store would not recommend to anyone.
The manager is even worse, has no common courtesy when advised shoes I bought were faulty he totally disagreed without taking in to consideration my scenario in return offered me 50% off another pair in store. Can’t believe he had the audacity to say that!

Very poor service... The staff was very rude in their green street branch... The manager of this store wasn't helpful and he wasn't bothered nor he took any action against the staff when I told the manager how rude their staff have been behaving...I wouldnt recommend anyone to go unze!!
