Good variety of items in stock. Some items a bit overpriced , but some bargains can be found. Getting food in the coffee shop us very slow, but worth the wait. Play area very popular.

I've spent £650 on a air 6 tent I currently can't go on holiday as it's missing the pump that should of been supplied. When I purchased it I specifically asked to ensure the pump was there they insured me it was in the tent which it's not so I'm going to loose days of my holiday thanks very much I can't wait till you open

Very poor service 6 members of staff hard no idea about ice axe. These people are selling life saving and dangerous equipment and have know idea what they are doing.
