Staff were extremely helpful, very plesant and friendly with a 'can do' attitude. They have also gone that extra mile in the deliver of their customer service to make my shopping experience a good one. Class A service.

Ok I'd probably my favourite shop as it's a he only one in the area that offers a good mixture of quality shoes. Love the bags as well, they are quite reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful but quite often you have to wait for shoes to be delivered as their stock is limited. They have a small selection if mens shoes but it is comprehensive enough.

poor customer service! I didn't even bother to ask for my size for the second pair of shoes I liked! someone needs to take notice of the reviews on here.

Honestly the customer service is beyond shocking. I bought my daughter a pair of boots, I asked if I could get a larger size if they didn't fit -the answer was immediatly yes I went back and they didn't have a larger size. After dealing with an incredibly rude women (not only rude to me but the other gentleman assisstant who was actually trying to help me!) I agreed to wait as apparently they get stock all the time They would call me for sure. Never got a call I have gone back a few times and even asked for exchange to another 2/3 different boots in similar styles.. again no sizes Apparently I would get a call... No call Eventually the manager said she would call and arrange a refund from head office and call me... guess what, no call We are asked to support out local stores - NEVER AGAIN I'll order online where it's easy to return

Daniel Footwear sells real fur coats and hats. Fur is cruel and unnecessary, especially in the UK. There are lots of practical alternatives available. Sad that people still think this is okay.
