Serves decent and reasonably priced food during the day time. Of a Friday and Saturday evening it becomes more of a club atmosphere, however has been closing early due to the low number of customers they have been getting.

yesterday [sat 14/11] fancied a coffee and a nice little meal so thought lets go to the merchant[stones as most people still call it]we usually have a coffee while we decide what to eat,and i do normally think its great value for money and a nice place to meet up with family for a meal.we were in there yesterday at about 3.30 give or take 10 mins,my hubby went to order our coffee while i looked at the menu only to be told by the barmaid she did'nt have time to make the drinks and that she was concentrating on the bar and food only.so they should say if you have food you can only have a cold drink .if this bar doesn't have time to make hot drinks don't advertise them or get an automated machine.we,ve been in there on saturdays when its a lot busier and been served.i must admit i did'nt really want to go to mill farm but did and a great meal with a lovely coffee
