Never had this problem at shell, but for some reason took a very long time, I mean a very, very long time to fill up the tank. ALSO The air pump and water placement is ridiculous, the layout needs to be changed, to close to pumps causing chaos.

It was a cold misty morning the first time I entered Dulwich Esso filing station. The pumps loomed mysteriously out of the grey mist as I navigated the concourse, each step taking me closer, closer to the til. The smell of low octane fuel assailed my nostrils as I scanned the dimly lit booth. What kind of creature lurked behind the faded scratched plastic. It was Ajmal. He said 'hi'

My mind was elsewhere and it wasn't until I was paying that I remembered why I rarely buy fuel here... It's always pricey... always.
