Paid upfront for an engineer to come out , who found the fault, was told he would put the report into the office and they would be in touch about a price for the part, that was nearly 4 weeks ago... after several calls to the branch, was told they was extremely busy and someone would be in touch. Still not heard anything. Not happy about the service from the branch , would not recommend at all.

EXCELLENT SERVICE - Very helpful staff. I had an issue with the washing machine. The call out was made at the time specified and the engineer was a real gentleman. He explained everything in detail and made good conversation. He really seemed like he enjoyed his job. I'm very pleased with everything and would definitely recommend again!!!
I run a kids football team, and have a lot of kits to wash so it was great to have it all sorted and at a minimum of fuss!! As a really nice gesture, I spoke with Leo from the company and they were very kind in making a donation to our football club!

the service was excellent. the washing machine repair engineer (terrence) was amazing. he was on time polite and fixed my machine quickly. and he was very knowledgeable. i would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to my family and friends.

We booked in a cooker repair, the only availability they offered was 8 days away. Went with it anyway only for engineer to not turn up. Called twice on the day to question where they were and they told us couldn’t give precise time and would be there in the afternoon. They never contacted us again to let us know they weren’t coming just didn’t turn up!
Wish I’d saved time and gone elsewhere!

Excellent customer service at DR Appliance Repairs, Derby. Last week our dishwasher stopped working so gave this company a call. The engineer sent out to do the repair was very professional. Our machine is as good as new now. Thank you so much. I am very impressed with the service and I will be recommending to all my friends and family for appliance repairs.

Terrible service avoid at all costs. Been waiting over a month for a part. I keep having to chase them up and keep getting fobbed off. Just been told by office on the 14/8/18 that they cant get the part been waiting for nearly 2 months. Please dont use this company a joke from start to finish.

Called to enquire about a repair and was told that it was "not worth repairing" and to "contact the manufacturer" before being hung up on abruptly. I appreciate the honesty, relating to the cost of the product, but the manner in which the call was handled was disrespectful and bordering rude. I will not be using this company in future.
