Bafta is a great place for the film industry. They have some great talks in their cinema. Their facilities is very clean and orderly with a bar/cafe for food and drinks. They also have a sitting area, which is very nice.

Disappointed at their "exhibition". Turned out to be a number of displays around their café. Many of which we couldn't get to because they were above occupied tables.

I helped host an event here and I have to say it's a fantastic venue. The location is great, the decor and layout are fantastic for large events.
A huge part of how amazing this venue is has to do with the staff. Every single member of staff I met (around 15 over the course of the 2 event we had there) was extremely professional as well as friendly. A special mention must go to the tech crew who were really on top things and really knew their stuff. This isn't always the case at a lot of other venue of this type.
If you're hosting an event here I would be extremely surprised to if you had any problems.

BAFTA HQ is such an amazing place seeped in TV history. The screening room is captivating, the food marvellous, the award displays inspiring and I really enjoyed having a few drinks in the bar mingling and trading stories.

One of the best venues for events & film screenings in London.
We were lucky to attend a gaming event in here, and had a drink in the BAFTA bar afterwards.
Super-efficient staff with polite & professional attitude. Excellent choice of drinks and food at reasonable cost. The burgers were awesome!
Spacious, with modern stylish furniture and big portraits/photographs of famous actors and actresses on the walls :)

Was there about a month ago for the screening of a short film. The room for the screening was amazing; the whole building is spectacular inside, with thick golden Bafta heads everywhere. Definitely recommended for a Q&A with big directors. The security staff was very friendly and interactive with the audience.

As an organisation is renowned for excellence in our Industry.
Know a couple of members so hoping to go to a screening in their world leading cinema 'The Princess Anne Theatre'
Am thinking of applying for membership, as my Dad was a member, although I have been working in the Industry for years the members waiting list is long, so not holding my breath.
Will post another review re: 'The Princess Anne theatre' as soon as I get to see a showing there.

My trip to the BAFTA building is coloured by the fact that I met one of my all time heroes, Joss Whedon, at a screening there. The screening room was huge and the champagne reception beforehand added to the glamour of it. As non-members we weren't rushed out of the building after either instead being able to hang about in the bar for as long as we wanted. Special mention goes to the wonderful waiter behind the bar who helped make one of my dreams came true by offering to take a picture of me and my hero! <3
