Was very busy due to it been open for thee first time in 4 months amazing service and amazing people there very happy with my haircut. Very on top of covid-19 safety measures all staff wearing masks and everyone was socially distancing.

We took my little boy here before Christmas and it was a great cut... took him on Tuesday this week and could have cried! The worst cut he's ever had... all over the place, different lengths of hair and not what we asked for! She shaved in TWO wonky side partings!! Such a hash-job I don't even think it can be properly fixed until it grows out a bit!!
Also, aside from wearing masks there really wasn't great covid safety in place. I saw 2 customer switch overs which was just a brush down of hair off the chair, no actual cleaning/sanitising.
Would not return!

This is the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. She cut way, way shorter than I asked for, with brutal and unnecessary use of clippers. Then, instead of tidying it, she hacked away like an axe murderer!
I guess you get what you pay for. I certainly did today! 1/10! Would not go back if it was the last hairdresser in existence!

First time going on my own without an adult, awful experience. Would not recommend. Now I have to find a new hairdressers to get my corrected. Above the mirrors it says “we are only as good as our last hair cut” but this is the worst hair I’ve ever had.

I have been going here for about 10 years.. you get what you pay for and yes some of the staff are better than others but thats like every business.. i am always pleased with what they have done and if not, well it grows out quickly! brilliant value for money

AWFUL!!! Experience. I have been here a good 10 times and each time it gets worse. They are really rough the women pushed my head round like it was a rag doll and the cut is nothing like I asked for. She was too busy talking to others to concentrate on me as a customer. Some are great here but if I was you I’d go somewhere else. I know I won’t be going back

Went in for a wash & cut, she just started blowdrying even though I did not ask for this (and ofcourse got charged for it). I asked if she could do long layers, ended up being an uneven blunt cut and she even forgot to cut come pieces. Never going back again

Cheap and rubbish would be an understatement of this place. Totally unprofessional in every sense of the word. Had my hair cut and blow dried here last week, showed the guy a picture of what I wanted, he said "Yes, no problem, I can do that." he then chopped off most of my shoulder length hair into a bob (which was NOT what I wanted at all and was NOT the style in the photo) I am gutted to say the very least as now my hair is all uneven and I look like some butch dyke.

I asked for a simple undercut and three of the girls said they couldn’t do it. So they made me wait for one of the guys whilst they sat round chatting for half an hour.
I finally managed to get into the seat but after much discussion still wasn’t happy with what he had done to my hair, he basically did what he wanted and not what I asked for. I told him that I wasn’t happy and he got quite angry with me. I was made to feel horrible and stupid.
I’ve been coming to this place for a few years now and never been treated like this. I will never return and I recommend nobody else goes there.
I guess it’s true what they say: you get what you pay for!!

Been a couple times normally it's ok, Had a hair cut today, it was rushed with no care taken. Just had to go get it fixed somewhere else. They couldn't believe I had paid for it. Won't be going back.

Rang yesterday (06/12/17) to ask opening times and was told 9am. Was there at 8:55am as very pressed for time. Still no sign of life at 9:05am so have gone somewhere else. Congratulations on losing a customer.

Negozio di parrucchiere ! Ma? D’accordo il prezzo contenuto, solo per il taglio dei capelli, perché se poi vuoi lavarli ( come sarebbe doveroso fare) i costi aumentano. Non parliamo poi della velocità in cui viene eseguito il taglio, senza osservare attentamente se fatto bene o male. Penso che valga la pena di spendere qualche cosa di più ma avere un lavoro ben fatto.
