Because the delivery men left all items on the 2nd floor. As I live on the 4th floor and the lift was out of service. It was so hard bringing the items to 4th floor that I’d felt sick due to lactic acid build up in muscle.

Very Disappointed with Bensons Customer Service and Product.
Very Disappointed with Bensons. We purchased a mattress for £1,279.00 (discounted from £1,599.00) this we considered to be expensive but one of the best at the time. At first well pleased with our mattress but by the time we had it two years there was bad dips on both sides to the point it was giving my wife backache. So I contacted Benson and was told there was only a one year warranty but if I paid for an independent inspection they MAY do something. I said a product of this value (and as to adverts on TV) that a mattress should last around eight years. The mattress was turned regularly on a good base and not misused in any way (chance would be a fine thing as I am 63). I requested either a replacement mattress or a refund minus the two years use but still told had to have an inspection. Our contract was with Bensons for Beds not a third party so why would I pay for an inspection plus for health reasons cant work and we cant afford the inspection anyway so we are stuck with a mattress that's absolutely not fit for purpose. So our advice is buy elsewhere as the customers service and product not that good.

I ordered in July and delivery was expected in Oct . But not completed the delivery. It came with damp and wet and I refuse to accept . Due to which it cost me 400.00 for purchasing economy bad set from local shop. And my order was delivered on 02 Dec 2020

I ordered Mirabel bed, wardrobe and chest drawer furniture set. They sent the wrong items after 8 weeks wait and had to re order again which took another 6-8 weeks time.
Received the shelf’s and the one part of the wardrobe damaged and the customer service team was very rude (especially Culimln from extension *39).
Still haven’t received my chest drawer yet, been 4-5 months. The delivery guys didn’t have trolly to bring the chest Drawer up and damaged my lift too, then they took it back to warehouse and broke it. I’m still waiting with no updates.
I’m still sorting out a refund from beckon branch for a part that was not needed and still nothing has been sorted. Beckton branch keep telling they will call me back but it’s been 2 months + and they keep ignoring my calls and never call back. They aren’t sorting out anything. They don’t even deserve even 1 star.
Very very bad service and is unacceptable.
Better to get goo one from Ikea, u can design your own and get it cheaper. I got my daughter’s gloss wardrobe with 10 years gloss guarantee from ikea and is in use already. Avoid Bensons for bed as their customer service does nothing too.

On friday we purchased a bed and mattress. We were unsure about the measurements. The sales person Jayanth stated this should not be a problem as long as it was before delivery. We contacted bensons saying that the bed frame would not fit in the place we wanted. We stated we would like to keep the mattress and change the frame to a design that was less bulky. All the staff stated no matter what we changed to we would lose our deposit because we had not changed the order within 24hours.
24hours was never mentioned during the transaction or in the terms and conditions. We asked to speak to the manager who stated he was in was present when the sales person had stated the 24hrs policy. This was an outright lie no other male worker was even present in the bensons store. There was only one other female sales person present during the transaction and she was not even near us when terms and and conditions were discussed. The fact is the store manager is a liar he was not present. Weather or not we get our money is dependent on the small print but what is fact is that the beckton bensons for bed store manager is a liar.
