We've been here a few times, making purchases twice from our visits.
The place is located on the 1st floor, the numbers of beds on show are enough but could be more if more space were to arise.
Staff were helpful when asked.
Good beds, enough said.

Purchased bed, mattress and bedside cabinets from Charlton branch. Staff weren't very helpful and spent a lot of time on their phones when we first arrived. We were told that the mattress (display model) would be delivered on the same at the bed frame. This was not the case. Trying to contact the store was impossible as noone would pick up the phone. Emailed Benson for Beds and got no reply.
Bedside cabinets were due to be delivered at end of November. Delivery of items delayed due to November lockdown but delivered on rescheduled delivery date.

Was mis sold the insurance by Amma as was told that we couldn’t get the mattress for the cheaper price unless we got the insurance. After finding out online that this wasn’t the case and we could of just brought the mattress for the cheaper price without the insurance we called up to cancel. I then called up to confirm our delivery date to then be told that Amma had moved it to 12 days later for no reason other than she was begruntled that we had cancelled the insurance and she wouldn’t be getting her commission on it. Absoloutly appalling service I suggest you stay away from this store!!

Good choice of beds, mattresses and bedroom furniture. Went in just to view but ended up buying a new mattress with a great price. Felt sorry for the single staff member though dealing with all the customers with others on leave and phoning in sick, deserves extra pay for his calmness while having to keep customers waiting while dealing with another customer.

Booked a appointment online. Received 2 text messages confirming this. When we arrived the guy didn't even stand up to talk to me.he just shouted out have a look around mattresses marked 1-5 is firmness. That's it not even asked what I was looking for. Went next door and bought a 2k tempur. Shocking customer service.

We had very high hopes from them but they really disapointed us. We had bought a double size bed sets including all mattress, pillows and protector mid week of July. It arrived after a month, which was fine as that was the date they gave us for delivery and it came on exact delivery date but sadly they delivered a king size mattress. So bed is double and every other items are correct except the mattress size, the delivery guy said we can ring the customer service and they will exchange it in a week or two. He also said that until the time we get our double size mattress we can use the king size mattress. Its been more than 1 and half month but we still haven't received our double size mattress. So the whole wait is now 2 months. I know King is expensive and better than Double and I would have been happy to keep King size mattress with the price of Double size mattress but our bedroom is not that spacious and our bed is actually a double size and this King size mattress is taking all the space in the room and also making us difficult to lift the ottoman bed every time. I am very disapointed with their service and do not think I will be using them or suggesting others to use their service or product.

I had to order from Overseas for mattresses to be delivered the day I arrived in London. It got a bit complicated but Amma was very helpful and made sure it all got sorted and the arrived on time.

Buying a new bed with your loved one should be a good experience. this was far from that. Im not one to moan but this is an exception!
The salesperson was rude, seeemed more interested in chasing\shouting at someone on the phone for money (on loudspeaker so we could hear everything) than helping us. When asked questions could not be more clear how uninterested they were.
Now. we bought a bed, they charged us ridiculous delivery that you cant get out of...and now have changed the delivery date on us when we were expecting it tomorrow the 10th. Now they want to deliver on the 30th. A month after I have paid in full. Terrible company built on poor values and customer service.Take one look at their social media pages to see for yourself. Avoid if at all possible.
