I had an appointment booked and was greeted by Michael as soon as I entered. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I could try things out without feeling rushed and he came around to answer any questions I had. 10/10 service!

The service provided by the double Mr. Sathi and Mr. Michael was just above and beyond expectations.
Having started with a warm greeting I felt truly welcomed in the shop yet I’ve been offered a drink!
Afterwards, after showing some options I also have been offered a new and efficient “mattress match test” which would change my sleeping quality.
In addition, once the sleep match test was out, I have been provided with full explanation on the benefits choosing my mattress according to the results along with a right pillow.
By the end, I have been gifted with a mattress’ cover as a bonus!
Such a great service and products!

I went to the store just before closing and found the assistants to be attentive and really helpful. I used the Dream Match to select a few options and tried a few of the beds. Michael helped me understand the different styles of beds and mattresses. I loved that they didn't rush me or pressure me. They even allowed myself and a couple to stay passed closing as we were still looking at the beds.
I'm yet to select my bed but the team were very helpful.

Rizwan was an absolute legend and an asset to the store. Upon our first visit he was friendly and introduced us to the Sleep Match tech that helps you find a mattress suited to you. We found one that was great but weren't completely commited to it due to its higher than expected price.
A week later after looking around we decided on purchasing from Dreams. I gave him a ring and visited the store to make the purchase for a Silentnight mattress and a Divan bed. The entire purchasing process was very easy thanks to him being able to answer any question I threw his way.
The staff are very friendly and not at all pushy. Yes, they are expensive but you do get a good aftersales service. If you're reading this lad, thank you kindly. Good luck!

Decided 2 buy decent bed last October 2018. Once I established with salesperson my budget & requirements (firm mattress/divan storage) he was helpful, no hard sell. Also provided sliders for bed as cast or wheelers damage flooring: he kept me updated on delivery of them as not in stock. Good experience & I rated him 5*.

At first everything seem ok but once the sale is done seem like the sale team are different from the after sale team seem like the after sale team is in competition with the store sale team it's weird! You get some amazing advisor over the phone and then you get the one that don't care it's like you pray for a good advisor or hang up and call back. But the product is good depending on what you buy but the waiting time can be a pain like months after you just get something for the sack of just having it because your so desprite because you just need a bed to sleep on.

Very helpful and not too pushy for a sale of the matress (more pushy for the insurance though - not sure why). Found that online had cashback so said it was worth getting online. Was offered 5% cashback and was pleased to agree.
Have a dreams machine that tells you which matress is best for you. Fun to do and seemed to get it pretty spot on for what we wanted, then recommends different price range mattresses.

I would not buy a bed from here again.
The staff was only worried about his commission and the delivery came in two parts on 2 different days.
One of the staff even has his trousers wrapped around his bottom and spoke rough in street language.
