We had a great experience at Dreams Staples Corner. Chris, the manager, was amazing. We had a try at the sleepmatch and tested all mattresses until we found the right one for us. Pillows were also provided according to preferences and all following the protocols of safety. Chris has clearly gone beyond at our visit.

Poor quality of products Good service until you purchase, poor service when you have an issue with the products. I bought divan and mattress for over 700£, divan broken in pieces after 4 years of use, matters started to break too.

Elizabeth welcomed us as soon as we entered to the store. She was kindly offered us bottle of water. Very good knowledge about products. She helped us to find the best mattress. She brought bed cover for hygiene and also a pillow to feel the comfort of the mattress. At the end we happily ended up to purchase both mattress and bed. Amira also helped us with billing enquiries. To be honest the store was almost closed, their worked over time to ensure we are happy. Well done dreams for have great customer service. Elizabeth and Amira were so friendly and professional. Can’t be happier with my experience.

Whilst the manager of this store has been exemplary his authority is sadly limited. The customer service is absolutely diabolical. Having waited months for a bed base which had been paid in full we had to take a whole day off work waiting for delivery. On arrival the parts were wrong and the bed could not be assembled. The replacement bed they sent was damaged. Having spent £3500 with this company we have been offered a paltry £180 compensation. Shame on you in such difficult times

Great store with amazing staff members- especially Amira, who helped us to choose right mattress. You can choose the right mattress using Sleepmatch machine. Great choice of a bed frames in the store! Highly recomended!

I won't be shopping in the dreams at Staples Corner. I went in on Monday with my wife hoping for a good deal I was greated by a very very rude mad who was the shop manager. I asked him if they have any good discounts and he replied that they don't do discount here and only do promotions which was quite condescending. His overall tone was bad from the get go. I and my husband just happen to be in the area to look around. I think we will purchase from our local Acton branch instead.

Went to Dreams this weekend to find a mattress. I didn't end up buying one on the spot (as the mattresses in store were quite expensive) but I wanted to write a review for a member of staff there. We were greeted by 'Nada' as soon as we came in. She helped go through all the mattresses, knew a lot about them and really helped. She also mentioned that she was either new or just started. Really glad she helped us!

Horrible experience I wish I could give 0 stars. They have sent my order to my billing address (not delivery address), the customer service was very poor so I have decided not to proceed and cancelled my order. Took them a month to fully pay my money back!

Bought myself a fab new bed from Dreams at Staples Corner for an excellent price, and also, probably the best mattess, I have ever slept on. This is the place to come, lie down and try out, if you are thinking of purchasing a new bed. They also offer interest free credit, so what's not to like. Five big comfy gold stars ????????????????????

I visited recently to look for a new firm matress. Though the salesman was a bit keen for my liking, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The world of Mattresses has a lot to it, my advice is to do your homework before heading down because otherwise it can be a bit confusing. Additionally, leave some time aside when visiting because there will be lots of testing.

Terrible customer service. I bought a pillow on Sunday and two days later i went to return it and i was refused a refund. The deputy manager took the pillow out of its case, walked over to his colleague and came back claiming it had fibres on it and hair, that wasn’t even mine!! I hadn’t used the pillow but it had short brown hairs and fibres, whereas i have long blonde hair which i pointed out and was ignored!! The person he spoke to actually had hair like that! If you are going to wave a pillow around your store and drop it on the floor, then yes it will get hairs and fibres on it!! Tyrone then proceeded to show me what a ‘new’ pillow looked like by taking it out of the packaging and ended up dropping that one on the floor too. Are you going to resell the ‘new’ one you just dropped on the floor but not the one im returning that is unused? That in itself is absolutely ridiculous. He then proceeded to tell me that he had notified his manager of me trying to return the pillow as if to say, dont try again because it wont work. Shocking service. Never shopping at Dreams again.

Horrorible experiance at start of long weekend !! I went with my family (3 baby girls) and my parents and brother in law to buy a bed on finance. The assistant/deputy store manager Tyrone was extremely rude, impolite and patronising towards us. Later my young baby girls who were playing and jumping on one of the bunk beds, I went to stop them from jumping on one of the beds, Tyrone came over and told my 7 and 3 year old girls to stop jumping and keep quiet in a very condescending manner. The above situation really made me angry and I confronted him asking if he was having a bad day, to which he said no, I warned him not to discipline my kids when I am already doing this. I stormed off the store with my family as i can take my business to many of Dreams competitors who do posses a small thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude, ignorant people like Tyrone are representing your company, should people like him be working for you?

Going house hunting this afternoon so wanted to measure up a new bed for the place. Walked in and asked to use the toilet before I got started and was told that toilets are for customers only? I was tempted to say that I was a customer, but it was obvious I had been judged as unworthy of being a customer as soon as I walked through the door. So I walked out leaving the member of staff that had judged me alone with his judgements about who looks like they can afford a bed in his huge deserted shop and went to Benson's For Beds down the road. Dissapointed to say the least.

I'm leaving a five-star review for now as I purchased a tempur mattress and I didn't really like the mattress. Thank god they have a 30 day return policy as long as you use a mattress protector (which I have) so I'm going to leave the review here as a five star as they have this guarantee.. and let's see if I'm able to exchange it for another one? if it all works out as they said it would .. I'll leave this five-star review if I have trouble exchanging it for a different mattress as per the guarantee, I'll update the review in the next two weeks... Ok - an update met Tyrone the manager. What a great guy, courteous professional, funny, happy. He was very good and explained you get one chance to change it. Amazing so it was important I spent time choosing. Not very cool - the terms state that you can only change it after 30 nights - BUT You must report it by 40th night. Terms terms terms. So don't put it off if you have to change it. New one going to be delivered in 14 days from now. Not great especially as I have suffered for 30 nights :) Now for the money side of it. It's still good value as the mattress is worth half of the value as it's used so if I was to sell it on eBay I wouldn't even get anywhere close to what I've been offered today by dreams which is the full value of what I paid.. it cost £49 to change that's a fixed fee. They take what you paid initially and today's price on the site. I bought it at sale time so its at was about a £100 extra to change to what I wanted. Now let's see on delivery.. will update this review. They said if there is marks on the mattress they won't take it back. Let's see. Terms terms terms ! UK living ! Ok received the mattress today. Delivery guys were fast.. took no more than 10 minutes. Took the old one and replaced it. They looked at my mattress, nothing more than a glance so I am really happy that it was not a bad experience of them finding ways to get out of the guarantee. So I recommend Dreams. Thank you for all your support. Btw. Tyrone is a star. He's very good.

Awful experience with bed delivery - my waited 5 weeks for the bed delivery, took a day off work only to discover someone in the store had changed my delivery date to 3 weeks later! Manager of the store was incredibly rude and unhelpful, denied that a mistake like that could ever happen, when it clearly did. I suggested it could be a glitch in their software to which he replied 'I'm not an IT guy'... real star of a store manager you have there Dreams! On the upside, customer services were fantastic and helped to solve the problem.

Horrible experience. I bought a bed. On the delivery day, I threw my old bed away. However, the new bed arrived damaged and they rescheduled the the delivery 2 weeks later. I had to sleep on the sofa for two whole weeks. Costumer service were really rude.
