Good range of goods I visited looking for a bed and a.matress.
I was able to try the various beds and even though the shop was busy there were so.many beds on display that enabled all the customers to try them out.
However the few members of staff available on that day were not able to help all the customers and after a long wait I decided to go.

Very happy. Served by Ash. I shopped around for a metal bed frame for my mum. Which isn’t easy these days to find on display. Even though the store is limited as mainly displaying divans. Ash helped guide and support my mums requirements. Especially when it came to the mattress support for an elderly lady. The Bed etc arrived with an excellent delivery service from Archie & Eddie who assembled and removed all packaging in no time. I have a very happy mum so no complaints here and will definitely recommend and go back in the future.

It's expensive i can understand but delivery time is very poor. It takes 4 weeks to deliver a mattress and than i wanted to read the reviews before buying the mattress but for some reasons they haven't shown the reviews which is another negative point.

You call this service? They talk way too much and wouldn’t stop following me around like a lost puppy as well as asking 100 questions. They stare way too much as well... They all need better training starting from the manager!!

Unfortunately I had bad experiences with them.
The quality of their mattresses are absolutely rubbish. Causing back pains after only few weeks. I had to change my mattress 4 times and still have the same problem!!!

I couldn't of had a more pleasant and stress free experience. I purchased my charcoal TV bed with mattress on the 27/09/16 by a well knowledgeable lady called Sharon. I was given the option to pay now or have the intetest free untill next year July.
The engineers came the following Saturday as arranged and erected my bed quick and easy. What a professional & outstanding service. Highly recommended to anyone and with such politeness and efficiency throughout.

Went there with my daughter to buy her a bed and the whole store was adult beds? I know it's a smaller store but would of fought they would have a couple of kids beds set up! Staff was friendly give us a booklet but waste of time as wanted to view a couple.
