My computer was not turning on, Sunil has tested the PSU & the motherboard and quickly found the problem (the PC needed a bios reset), also he replaced my motherboard battery and has given a full clean up.
Reasonable price and great, responsive service with friendly front desk staff. My computer was fixed by the next day.
Would certainly recommend to everyone!

First impressions, seems like a top class place that I’ll definitely be re-visiting. Took my laptop in for a really mundane fix (keyboard tile needed re-fixing) and proprietor made me feel just as valued as if I was bringing in a big job. Fixed it within 20 mins and wouldn’t charge me for it. Friendly front desk staff too. Really pleased I found this place. Prices for diagnostics seem very reasonable and conveniently, they also sell common peripherals like wired and cordless keyboards and mice.

Our laptop was damaged by a collapsed ceiling. It is used for business purposes so it was imperative that it was back fully functioning asap. I took the device to Computer Precision. The service was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I emphasised the urgency and they called me back within 20 minutes to confirm the damage (a cracked screen) and that they could repair with a new screen and carry out a clean the same day. The device was ready for collection in a few hours’ time. They also produced a detailed receipt for my insurance purposes. Overall I was very happy with the service and cost and would use Computer Precision again. Thank you.

I went to Computer Precision about my laptop screen a couple of years ago, it could not be fixed but they helped me out with a second hand computer which has been going OK. I am having a computer problem now and will go back there again, the issue is to do with the Windows 10 upgrade. They were very helpful and honest last time about what they were going to do and the cost, therefore I am putting my trust in them.

Had a few stripped screws on the bottom of my laptop (or so I thought). Took it here and they were removed in no time at all. Turns out the problem was my terrible screwdriver set. These guys really go above and beyond for their customers. Having had a good experience previously, I got in touch in a bit of a panic trying to source a laptop (and installation of all the gubbins to go with) for my son in advance of schools going online and possibly imminent lockdowns! They were simply fantastic! Not only did they recommend a better model than I had been considering, but sourced it too so that I was able to pick it up today and take it into the shop for installation etc. I just collected it - all ready to go. Plus they could not have been nicer. The major companies simply don't give service like this. We need to support our local shops!

Highly recommended for an amazing service and advice from Debbie and Sunil and whole team. They went the extra mile for us to solve the problem with sourcing specific computer to our needs to run old machinery and no-one was sure as what computer it might be. After the first attempt and the second attempt they never gave up and kept us updating regularly until they have managed to get the right product that got our old machine up and running again. Sunil was always there to help with technical side and Debbie never failed to reply to any of many emails or phone calls we got for her.
CiPi is friendly business and it was pleasure to deal with. They really care about helping you and they will not give up to solve however your big issue is. It's a great to have local business like this in our neighborhood.

It is hard to praise CIPI highly enough. We have two companies, one a photographic library involved in data-hungry quality image processing, the other a reference-work publishing business. CIPI have been building our office computers and helping us with software and technical advice for about 20 years. They make very reliable machines and have always been happy to help us with anything that has arisen at any time, even many years post-purchase, whether it be software updates and glitches or, on one occasion, data failure caused not by an external storage device that produced cascading failures. The people at CIPI are always calm, knowledgeable and unfailingly helpful. Their fees have always been entirely reasonable. Having CIPI to call upon allows us not to stay relaxed about the equipment we rely on, day in, day out.

I brought my Dell precision laptop to Sunil and Debbie's after been scammed for 800 pounds at a repair center in Bloomsbury. They have been able to assess what work has been done and not done on my laptop, and figured out the issues in no time. Their consultancy has been free of charge given my previous experience. They have demonstrated to be competent, but most importantly truly caring and honest persons. Those are the most fundamental qualities I would look for when bringing my laptop for repair, as I am myself pretty ignorant on the technicality needed to assess whether the work has been done properly or not. I had a problem with the dc port on my Asus laptop and you guys kindly gave me the contact details of Tsvetan Vasilev. I contacted him and he was very helpful. Very quickly and efficiently, he managed to change the dc port which was part of the motherboard and required soldering. Tricky work. However, he did it overnight and my laptop was repaired and working on the next day. Just wanted to say thank you and how happy I am with Tsvetan`s services. He is very competent. Highly recommended.
