Do not think this is a legitimate business. Called and phone number did not work. Turned up to so called office, no reference to Dell Software outside the building. Wasted nearly 2 hours Sunday am. School boy error on my behalf.

I ll say this much. Optiplex 330, 745... and every other optiplex series ever done by Dell Inc. And all those machines still running, its almost like you think its made to overstand all possible static, dinamics and inperfections in our world. Simply, its good for the servicers and its almost not-needed to be serviced.
10 out of 10 for Hware, and 10 for Sware too.
