My laptop died during a particularly stressful day and I was pleasantly surprised by the service at Computer Precision. They were friendly, quick and they fixed my laptop within the same day. They even took the trouble of emailing a document to me to meet an urgent deadline before I could pick up the fixed machine.

I am old enough to be bewildered by technology of the sort that cipi seem able to understand with consumate skill and still leave room for creative thinking. I mostly only see them when I need a new bit of equipment or a repair but whether speaking on the phone or calling in with a busted bit of kit it has always been as if greeting old friends. I find this rare and valuable to me and I appreciate the service they provide so I have given five stars to them in this rating, thoroughly deserved in my opinion.,

I used to live in Islington and popped into Computer Precision for supplies, and found that people there were informed and helpful. As a result I found myself on their mailing list and when it came time to replace my computer with something that would cope with all the things that a coaching business now needs to do to stay ahead of the game I decided to ask their advice. As a result they built me a super fast machine at a very competitive price. I can only do one thing at once, but my new computer does the heavy lifting without any compromise on speed. Once I placed the order it was delivered very quickly with attentive customer service by phone and email and it worked straight out of the box. I've used their 'block support' facility. They answered my questions in plain English, and I have no hesitation in continuing to use their remote support to keep my system running efficiently. Nice people to deal with, and they have been there a long time.

I have been a customer for at least 30 years, maybe longer, and I have nothing but praise for the company and its staff. I live locally, and I decided to purchase computers and peripherals from a local firm, though I might have been able to purchase them for less from a mail order house. Problems were solved quickly, computers were built to my specifications, and any repairs were done quickly and inexpensively. Particular thanks to Debbie, Motke, and Sunil.

Had a couple of laptops with broken screens and found these guys online. I went to them, left the laptops with a nice chap called Sunil who got back to me on the same day with quotes for both screen replacements and gave me a very nice discount on the installations. I paid a deposit, they ordered the screens which arrived two days later (I know this as Debbie kept me updated along the way) and on the same day the screens arrived I got a call from Sunil saying both laptops were ready for collection! I came in and not only did I have laptops with working screens they looked brand new after Sunil air dusted and cleaned them.
Immaculate service and definitely a company I would recommend and use again.

لقد اخذت الكمبيوتر المحمول الخاص بي بسبب عطل في مدخل الشحن و كان الجهاز يعمل بشكل جيد على جميع المستويات و عندما قامو بالكشف عليه اخبروني انه قد تعرض للماء من الطيارة التي كنت قد استخدمتها (منذ شهرين) و قالوا انه لن يعمل مجددا و طلبو مني ان ادفع 29£ فقط مقابل انهم قامو بالكشف على الكمبيوتر المحمول لكن في الواقع قامو بتعطيله و قالو انه لن يعمل مجددا و عرضو علي شراء كمبيوتر محمول بحسب اعتقادب فقط للحصول على المزيد من النقود.
ملاحظه : لقد بقي الكمبيوتر المحمول لديهم ما يقارب اسبوعين .
و عندما اخذت الجهاز المحمول الى مكان آخر قامو بأصلاحه في اقل من يوم واحد و عاد الى العمل كما في السابق مقابل 50£ و اخبروني ان الكمبيوتر المحمول قد انسكب بداخله الشاي.
ما رأيكم بهذا!!؟
