After searching high and low on the internet for a new phone, I came across Niche Office Solutions. Little did I know their office is just down the road from me! Anyway, I called them up and asked them about the range of phones they had and the competitive pricing. Surprisingly, they did the new IPhone XR for only around £800! The staff were friendly and they clearly explained everything thoroughly, the delivery was some of the best I have ever witnessed. Overall I love this company, I will be definitely be shopping here again.

Had a few things from them with no problems, and we purchased a Brother printer from them on the basis that it had a 3 year warranty as a promotion. Unfortunately the printer broke after 2 years, and after reporting this to them on the phone we were informed by Niche that it only had a 1 year warranty, and because we never got anything in writing we couldn't return it! Given 2 stars rather than 1 because we should have got a written agreement, but they have been very inflexible and we're very disappointed at the lack of aftersales
