I honestly wish I could give more stars than 5 for this company. Rob has been absolutely fantastic. With the added stress of not being able to do this in person (or even from the UK due to travel restrictions!) Rob, with the help of his lovely wife, has made the engagement gift for my watch-mad partner extra special. In addition, Rob was super helpful and understanding with sorting out my payment from abroad, and was very easy to reach and keep in contact with.
Rob was even in on my surprise for my partner and went along with my plan. The surprise eventually shocked my partner and it would not have been possible without Rob's help. I cannot appreciate these personal touches enough. Shop with absolute confidence!

I recently purchased a watch from 'Stewart's Watches', the process was totally pleasurable. Robert at the shop provided an excellent service, with his great knowledge, excellent communications and personal and friendly approach. I couldn't visit the shop in person during these tricky covid times, , but this was overcome by the great communications I mentioned and the satisfaction guarantees Robert offered. I highly recommend Stewarts Watches. Rob the owner provides a far superior service to that offered by most high street watch sellers. The store is very much worth a visit but with current restrictions (covid 19) this is not currently possible. Rob still provides very good customer service and can easily be contacted either by phone or email. I purchased a new Hanhart which arrived the following day, Rob is a watch dealer I fully trust in respect of both new and pre-owned watches.

I had fantastic customer service recently purchasing a Rolex watch.
Robert went the extra mile in terms of answering my stupid questions about the watch's history and functionality.
He also secured a new strap for me cheaper than I could source on line and ensured delivery arrangements fitted with my commitments at home/work. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop.

I have just come home after my first visit to Stewart's Watches, and had to write a review as I couldn't be happier with the experience of buying from them. The store is very nicely appointed and full of excellent watch brands, the kind that shows real insight in selecting the right companies to compliment each other. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I tried a few watches and purchased one that I think I'm already in love with! Thank you for such a positive experience.

I actually did not vist the store, but instead I ordered it from them. They were very fast to respond to the e-mails and always very helpful in their answers, even though I had a lot to ask! Very friendly, patient and very competent in their business. Would definitely recommend!

Helpful, swift and honest service. Stewarts offer beautiful watches from more 'niche' brands, good deals on part-exchanges, provide sound customer after-care (not just interested in making a sale) and always great communication. One of the best consumer experiences I have had in years and they illustrate the benefits of purchasing from independent watch dealers. I would have no hesitation in buying more watches here and I am sure I'll be back.

Really amazing service from the owner itself. Only can reccomend. I live in London and I havent been in the store but it didnt make the ordering process any harder. Very efficient and quick response. If you are interested in small production under-the-radar watches look no further. Authorised dealer for Brilliant brands like Habring2, Nomos, Junghans etc. If you see something out of stock and you like it still contact him, he might get it for you. ;)
