The staff are really friendly/welcoming, and very helpful. Almost bought the wrong item at the counter but due to the ladies keen eye for attention, she saved me a future headache by asking a couple questions to be sure I had the intended item. Can't be more thankful. The store is also the best looking GAME I've ever been to, didn't know they could be this nice, the other really do need to go down the same route by getting rid of the red and opting out for the sleek black design. Also, the prices and selection here is grand.

Been here a few times over the past few years and enjoyed visiting with friends and family. I especially enjoy playing video games such as FIFA 18 and recently 19. Staff are also friendly and great.

The staff here are great, really friendly and know their stuff. I had a good long chat to one particular member of staff for a long time about a variety of PS4 games, game genres and general game analysis. Other than the staff, GAME will always be GAME - overpriced on almost everything compared to other online stores... ????♂️

Its got to be one of the best game stores i have been to to date as you have a limited video gaming selection HOWEVER it has a newly invested gaming basement which beware you could get held up down there for hours and hours as its got the latest games and could even hold a kids birthday party down there as they have all the latest video gaming console's however it can get a bit pricey with the hourly gaming rates

Beyond is amazing to say the least. When gaming with other gamers around you just makes it all the better.
Staff were lovely and welcoming brought my Christmas jumper while I was also there for the holidays.

Game Belong, cool experience, would be nicer if there was a larger variety of multiplayer games to attract casual gamers. Booked it thinking we could play some Tekken, Fifa, racing games with friends. Was disappointed. The PC games offered were mostly free to play games we could have played at home. Equipment and staff was great overall.

Very friendly staff, took a wonder downstairs without realising what it was and the member of staff was talking me though everything, it seemed well priced to use the gaming computers for 4 hours! Even the ps4's came with 2 controllers with not many games supporting split screen functionality. It was perfect lighting for gamers who like the dark as there playing there favourite titles!

Nice little shop, there is a games room downstairs where you can pay to play games of your choosing per hour. Great if you wanna go somewhere with your friends or something. The day I went they were actually letting you play games downstairs for free because of some new game that was released. Definitely would recommend checking this place out if you are into video games and nerdy things in general. Enjoy

There’s not many of these babies left anymore, but this one holds out and has even diversified - expect incredibly knowledgable staff, merch and peripherals as well as games, and for everything to be cheaper on Amazon. But there’s nothing quite like thinking: “sod it, tonight WE GAME”, and then running in to grab that sweet sweaty time sink without having to wait for a delivery.

Queued for ten minutes and then stood there for some time whilst the assistant rummaged through their games drawers. Was eventually told that it wasn't in stock. Went in there again later in the week and the case was still on display even though the game wasn't available. Guess what - I'm (very) sorry to say that I ordered it from Amazon. Good selection of games but dubious about whether they're all in stock...

Excellent service by staff! The staff were helpful and were determined in aiding me pick the best game.
Moreover, the BELONG gaming zone is one of the best I’ve seen in the UK! The staff helped me with all technical issues that arose. Moreover, the staff gave extra time while I was mid-game. Also, they had all the up-to-date games, especially Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 Black Out while it was in Beta!
Would recommend going there time and time over!

Paid for a couple of hours to play on the computers was great however could of been better if there was more flexibility with the timing. as the moment my 2 hours were up we was forced out due to another booking. I understand it's the system but some games might of been ranked forcing people to pay for more hours even when they really just needed 5 mins to finish the game, but what can you do. Other than that it was all good great atmosphere and good equipment!

Really great place nice aircon and just the right price for 4 hours. £18 for 4 hours and 2 monster. I would say that is worth it with a good pc did not drop below 60 on max setting on any of the games I played.

I has recently shopped at the Game store that is near Wardour street on 13th Dec One of the staff there, Gary has provided excellent service and I'd like to write a thank you note to the management.
Gary is energetic, friendly and really passionate about gaming. I walked in and asked about Nintendo switch accessories and games. He managed to recommend what I needed and the current promotion. Even though it is not his duty to put the screen protector on my screen after purchasing, he was still happy to help out.
The store was busy but he was pleasant and cheerful, a true ambassador for the Game store. Other members of the store are friendly as well. It was my first visit if the Game store and I'm sure I'll become a regular now.
If anyone deserve a Nintendo switch from the company as a Xmas present, I think it should go to Gary :) Thank you so much for helping out Gary and I hope you and the team have a wonderful Xmas ;)

Hmm, honestly I feel like the GAME stores are redundant nowadays. Why would anybody go there to trade a game for £2 just so GAME can then sell it as pre-owned for £25? Makes no sense. Much better off selling the game yourself in one of the various online marketplaces instead for the £25 price that GAME would sell it for!
Furthermore, I feel like game discs are redundant now anyway (UNLESS you plan to sell them in a marketplace afterwards). I personally much prefer digitally downloaded games and it seems that's the way that games consoles are going now too.
This particular branch of game has nothing remarkable about it. The girl assisting me didn't even know if you could mix Xbox/PS4 titles from their 'buy 2 for £30' range!
Walked out without making a purchase.

This store is one of very few remaining in London as the physical gaming age is coming slowly to an end in way of the new digital age. It does have everything for your gaming needs across a variety of gaming platforms BUT the prices for most things cannot be justified as the prices are way cheaper elsewhere and not even close. The arena downstairs is pretty cool which allows you to pay an hourly rate to use whatever platform to play whatever you want. Overall good but expect steep prices

Amazing shop! One of the best Game shops I've ever been to. In the basement, there is a gaming room for £7 an hour which is quite reasonable for what was offered. Amazing experience and would definitely go again. :)

My boy loved it that much on the Saturday he wanted to go back on the Sunday..big mistake though. Full of loud teenage rude boys who are screaming in their own language so god only knows what was going on. My boy left after 45 minutes. Saturday was great but avoid Sundays at all cost!!!

Great, clean looking store & friendly, informative service. But I’m giving them 2 stars because the guy at the till said my newly purchased copy of Anthem has disc care for a year, or something. I replied “oh that’s great!”. Later I get on the bus home, check the receipt and see I’ve been charged an extra £1 for this disc care service. The guy DID NOT ASK, he just put it on there and informed me of it. Sneaky. Probably to earn a gold star at work or something, but hell, you should ask!
Worst thing is, I always take care of my discs and don’t need Disc Care at all.
Watch out for this mini swindle... :(

Advertised xbox bundle deals both online and in store. Was told that they'd then "run out" of the offer despite having every item separately. When asked why the offer was still advertised, the response was that they don't have "sold out" stickers. Completely amateur outfit.
