Think ok. Bought a couple of headphones when they were open and some speakers . All in nice black colour. Yup quite good . Maybe home speakers can be too small sometimes. In Germany there is wider choice from different brands

QC 30 loud static noise: I experienced the loud static when ANC is minimized as well. The situation is decreasing when I am turning up the ANC, but never disappear. Even when I turn on a music, the static sound still loud and clear which is disappointed.

Went by this store to ask about the earpieces for my Bose headphones. Though I'd bought the product in another country, the staffperson was fully attentive in listening and replied fully to my question. I was prepared to buy an accessory or similar if needed, however the agent solved my issue without needing anything else, just in adjusting the earpieces properly. So, that's service above and beyond, in my eyes. Given that I depend daily on these great headphones to give me silence to think and write, it was great to discover that the company and its people are at hand when needed, instead of being shuffled aside. So, thanks!!!

Bought new bose quiet comfort ear buds online on pre order. First time ever buying bose and thought they would be up to the job of making calls in a coffee shop. What a disaster. They are useless. The person on the other end of the call every time said the call quality was dreadful. It was impossible to have a conversation. My phone samsung s20 ultra did an amazing job on a regular call without headphones. After buying 2 cheap sets previously from other brands that were also not up to the job I have now decided to give up and just use my phone. Worse still I called boae customer service to see if I could just exchange the earbuds in a shop for a new pair to see if I just had a faulty one they said no I had to send them back myself and once they received them they would send me a new pair. . I just waited 3 weeks for these ones to be delivered. I don't think its fair I have to wait again for a exchange to happen when you have shops i can take them to. Really disappointed and will be not recommending anyone to buy from bose after this experience

We all understand people and companies messing around due to covid but they could at least have bothered to update their advertised opening hours to save (increasingly disillusioned) clients a wasted journey just to find out that Bose is the only shop that remains shut on Regent St. The sign on the door helpfully advises they will be open again from early (last) April. While I stood outside the shop typing this, 2 more customers turned up, like me having checked opening times online and finding the store, annoyingly, deserted.

Actually a review about customer service, not necessarily the store. It is USELESS. My Acoustic Wave stopped working, the suggested fixes on their website dont work, and it is impossible to contact anyone about getting it repaired - the phone number given for the UK simply doesnt work. USELESS

Was fortunate enough to be served by Nancy who is a credit to your store. She was able to quickly diagnosed a fault with my Bose Sleep buds and exchanged the product along with updating case. The store is crazy busy but she was able to manage the workload with breeze. Thank you Nancy I can get a good nights sleep

I went to Bose today to buy a Soundlink Mini II as my Sound Dock 1 hadn't got bluetooth or aux lead. I was served by a really lovely guy who was happy to explain everything to me and didn't make me feel rushed to decide between two products. I have been impressed with the previous Bose speaker I have had and the sound quality of this one is fab! All of which has been made even better by the excellent customer service I received. :)

Great supporting staff. I had my bose head set having some complaint and after checking the item they offered me a new piece as free replacement. They even expained the new products and its specifications in details and it seems they got all new products available in here.

I’ve bought 5 Bose products here over the past years and they used to have very good services. However, everything is changed. I visited the places today to have one of the noise cancellation earphone fixed. A staff claimed it was my misuse straight away and refused to provide any repair service. Interestingly though, she said I can replace it with a discounted price. Why the discount if it was purely my fault? I mentioned to the staff that the U.K. customers are untitled up to 6 years of warranty. She rejected firmly, and said a customer can only get a 6 year warranty if it’s broken within 6 months of purchase. ???? hmmmmmmmm.

Excellent customer service. My wireless in-ear headphones had an issue with the battery. I rang up the store, they asked me to come in with the receipt and they exchanged it instantly. Fantastic service from the team. This has definitely cemented my loyalty to Bose and I will definitely buy again in the future due to the excellent customer care and product exchange policy

Great customer service again. Excellent service! I had to make a warranty claim on my faulty in-ear headphones. They accepted a photo of my receipt that was written in Chinese! I'm really glad they have a worldwide warranty policy. I'll continue to be a happy Bose customer for many years!

Me and my partner had purchased six different sets of headphones on the last four years for either our own personal use or as a gift, but based on our last experience in this shop, we will never buy another Bose product again. Last Saturday I went into the store, as one part of my £250 in-ears noise cancellation headphone came loose. This made the noise cancelation make a very high pitch noise that was unbearable. As I walked to the desk, the person working that day, just say NEXT while writing something. As I waited for him to finish what he was doing, he repeated NEXT even louder, quite clearly annoyed to the fact that he had to lift his head up in order to talk to a customer. I explained and showed him what the issue was. His only response was that I could trade it for a replacement but it was cheaper to buy a new pair on sale. I questioned the fact that he didn't even asked for how long I had the headphones and that there was nothing else wrong with them, aside from a loose cap, showing that the glue holding that piece has come loose. His response again was that it didn't matter how long I had them for. At this point I asked for a customer service card in order to make a complain. It's a shame that all the effort was put on refurbishing the store while the staff can't really make the effort to provide a reliable and polite experience. to us, the customers. Based on this experience, faulty product and lack of professionalism, we'll never a Bose product again. Be aware, if your very expensive headphones come to pieces, revealing they are badly glued, you will only be offered to buy a new pair. And not politely.

Just went in to check a problem with faulty Bose headphones, which I suspected was a faulty lead (after less that a year). The person who attended was completely disinterested, unhelpful and bordering on rude. She gave the impression I was wasting her precious time. 22 quid later, I have a new lead and I hope it is the lead that is faulty. I expected a more professional service from the Bose flagship store.

Great store with very friendly staff. Went here 3 times so far. Two times to buy a new pair of headphones and one time for a substitution. I've always found a very welcoming atmosphere and a very well prepared staff. Everyone has been very keen of explaining me about db, volumes and so on. I definitely recommend to visit the shop if you're in Regent street since it offers also the opportunity to try out yourself the latest BOSE "toys".

Absolutely blown away with the high level of customer service. Nansy was delightful to talk to and her product knowledge was impeccable. I visited the store to get more information on the Bose Revolve Plus. It was a fantastic opportunity to listen to the product and the Superb customer service didn't end there. Nansy also helped me with a different product query and also gave the product a firmware update. I cannot recommend this store highly enough and there simply are not enough superlatives to explain such a wonderful experience. I will most definitely be returning at some point in the future

I took my Bose Soundsport earbuds into the store hoping to get them repaired which I purchased last year in Barcelona airport, I had no receipt and hadn't registered them online and they swapped them for a brand new pair!!! I don't know many companies that would do that!

Very good customer service. My blu tooth earphones developed a fault within a year but I no longer had the physical receipt. They looked me up on their system and I was out of the shop in under 5 minutes with a new pair.

While I'm very happy with Bose products, the service at this store leaves a lot to be desired. The earbud casing on my QC20s had fallen apart (They audio still works perfectly), so I went to ask about their repair service only to be quite rudely told my only options were to produce a receipt and a bank statement (Despite the fact they could 'see' me on their system), or to pay £160 to 'trade in' my current ones. I want to pay you to glue my headphones back together, not to be treated like I'm trying to commit fraud.

Very helpful and quick service. I came in to ask if I can swap my earphones as one of the wires was beginning to come loose, I was expected to be asked to come back with a receipt but my earphones were scanned for their warranty and swapped immediately. I was only in there for around 5 minutes altogether. Very impressed with the service.
