I would like to say thank you to all Sainsbury's staff, i am an NHS staff that live very local in Camden, when i woke up from my night shift i needed to get some basic food such as bread, butter and so on, the queues outside was huge that i can understand in terms of people gathering too much in same space. As i was starting my shift shortly i walked to front of the queue and spoken to what i believe was management staff, showed my ID and briefly explained that I'm NHS staff and shorty starting my night shift, can get l get some groceries for myself and family... the answer was YES! I feel proud of your staff that acknowledge the hard work of NHS and limited hours we have to get groceries for ourselves and family. Thank you very much Sainsbury's in Camden for your support.

Quite on the over-priced side. No cold can beers during summer. Most of fresh produce is plastic-packed (specially vegs). There’s a Morrisons not too far from there with much wider choice, better prices and a more human approach - staff wise

Based on my last 2 experience i found their fruit and veg are way too expensive for the portion given for example tomatoes 6 in a pack £0.75 Morrison always be cheaper than sainsburys.

Didn't realize that we could no longer walk bicycles through the stores, guess there's been a bad bunch of cyclists who have ruined this for everyone. Either way, the security guard was nice enough to look after my bike while I spoke with a cashier about what I wanted. Nice large store with plenty of options

The shop is spacious and can comfortably accommodate large crowds of people. Due to its large interior it doesn't become totally unpleasant during the rush hour. It provides a good range of good quality food and ingredients for cooking but I generally find it to be quite expensive compared to its competitors such as Lidl and Aldi. The only drawback to me is the fairly high prices. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Store is pretty much what you expect. I was a little shocked about the amount of fresh bakery items left at 9.30pm. Looks like some will end in the bin :-(

Why do you not have any measures in place for care workers during their working hours to be able to get into your supermarkets without having to join lengthy queues? We are shopping for vulnerable people all throughout the day not just between the hours of 7.30-8am..... Morrisons, Aldi’s & Lidl seem to be able to do this. I was turned away from your branch in Camden Town today by THE MANGER of the store because the time allocated as priority to carers was in the morning ..... Our time is very limited with each person we visit day to day.... This could Potentially put vulnerable people at risk of not being able to get the food they need. Not everyone has access to internet to do their shopping online..... They really rely on us to get all their daily essentials. I'm just wondering if the vulnerable person I was doing the shopping for had approached the said Manager would they have been told to join the back of the queue????
