My children love Smiggle. The products are lovely and are a good quality. My gripe is that although there are usually special offers they are still quite expensive on the whole.

Absolutely disgusted in the level of service I have just recieved at this store. Mary Showunmi scanned an £18 lunchbox just before serving me, I thought she was serving another customer although I was next in line. I was then called over, my items were scanned. When I checked my receipt I was charged for the lunch box I hadn’t selected when I questioned her, she just looked at me and said come back later for a refund the manager is on his break! No apology, no helpful or friendliness. Appalling behaviour. I asked her to get the manager now as I’m not leaving to then come back for a refund for an item I haven’t purchased. We waited 15 mins to then see the manager appear in a grey scruff hoody with zero manners or customer service skills! I am led to believe that the lunchbox was scanned for me to pay for for them later to action a refund and pocket the money! Unbelievable service! My 4 year old has more manners than both of them put together!

It is ok and children gets really happy there. However, everything is smelly plastic...☹ considering the human pollution already done to this world, not impressed. I bought items for my youngest at her request: 6 months later it still stinks of chemicals. The pencil cases are not sturdy at all.
