After starting a family we decided to put our flat on the market in order to buy somewhere with more space. Prospect were amazing throughout, and were able to generate much more interest and viewings than any other agent we had used. Unfortunately, we were unable to sell, due to the market at the time (Covid) so instead decided to let the property. It was initially with another agent who had it for some time and we therefore gave it to Prospect. Prospect generated several viewings and ultimately secured us tenants within 24 hours of having it! The communication was fantastic throughout from both Tristan and Harry who made the whole process very easy.
I would highly recommend Prospect for both Sales and Lettings

Moving house is always stressful, and our move in particular definitely had its ups and downs! We had been hoping for a quick and smooth move (like everyone does) and there were a few hurdles along the way with the chain that made us consider whether it was all worth it. There was one person in particular who encouraged us to stick with it, who managed to keep things positive for us, even in the most stressful days, and that was Aimee Smith.
Aimee continuously went over and above for us, answering questions, keeping communication between all parties open, being available to talk through things we were unsure of, and always remaining totally professional and kind throughout. I really believe that without her, we would not have ended up moving. Aimee is an absolute asset to the Prospect team and clearly works hard to keep clients happy and supported. Thank you so much for all you have done for us, Aimee - we really appreciate it!

Prospect sold my house a few months ago. It was a long, at times stressful process. Adam Selzer- Williams impressed me as he was so full of enthusiasm, friendly and helpful. Calum Radcliffe was also very professional and patient. He composed some good emails on my behalf when negotiating and without him I think the sale may have fallen through. Cannot speak highly enough of the process we have just been through selling with Prospect, Callum Radcliffe and Aimee Smith
Initially Callum came over to do the valuation, and presented a good case and a realistic valuation, we accepted an offer 3 weeks later which achieved over 99% of the original valuation given. The follow up and connection then with Aimee was seamless.
Aimee has been worth her weight in gold throughout this process, she has worked tirelessly chasing not only the buyer below but our whole chain, sometimes numerous times a day to get things moving. Her kind and professional manner has definitely made the whole process smoother for us and saved us much stress along the way.
We are forever grateful to the guys at Prospect in helping to make our move happen in what is a very challenging time and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks again!

I tried renting with Prospect, it all went well until they refused me based on adverse credit. I had a CCJ on my credit file. The CCJ had already been paid within 30 days and gave evidence it was to be removed and should not be included within the reference. A simple call to the courts would confirm it.
Unfortunatley nobody understood English here at prospect. Even if I was to fail reference I would of been willing to pay rent upfront as money is not an issue for me. They refused me anyway and They kept my holding deposit.
I did a dispute with my bank and the bank understood simple English and got my holding deposit back after 30 days. I've now successfully passed referencing with romans and found a place.
All in all the experience I've had with romans was miles better than prospect.
I case they deny I was a customer, person I dealt with was Anna Elma.

After shopping around and engaging with a number of estate agents in the area, I found that Prospect came across incredibly professionally and well informed about the market area. They where we’ll prepared and had a professional sales technique using facts and research unlike some. They’ve also represented good value for money and where open to discussing different methods of earning rather than the traditional fixed percentage approach.
Not only did we get our property on the market within 48 hours, we sold it in under a week! We where under pressure because we found a property we loved that didn’t want to lose out on but didn’t want to compromise on value. Jordan and his team from Prospect achieved this and we’re incredibly grateful for their support.

Me and my partner were looking to purchase a house in the Bracknell area and had found a house that we had liked with prospects Bracknell.
However when we started to further our interest one of their estate agents Ricky Hobbs became very unprofessional, rude and verbally abusive to not only myself but also to my partner.
I would never use prospects or anything property related again while Ricky works there.
Very disappointing.

There was hardly any manual paper work during this process. Post lease, the property management process has been equally efficient. A quick call out to Beckie Baxter, who is our property manager. This is the worst estate agency I have ever dealt with and unfortunately still dealing with. Before moving in we had 2 managers Chase Jacobs & Tristan Lee who would never reply nor call back. Very unprofessional.
We then deal with Beckie Baxter who replies (few e-mails were ignored). However since we moved in we still have a broken wardrobe door hanging out which is a health and safety issue, pipes which need replacing, tiles which are coming off in the toilet...... the list goes on and on. From August 1 2020 until today nothing has been done.
I officially give up trying to get hold of anyone in prospect and will make sure we never deal with them in our next house move.

Prospect Bracknell have kept in touch and been quick to adapt during the Covid crisis. I’d particularly like to thank our Property Manager Beckie Baxter who has been providing my tenants with support and information on sources of financial help during this particularly difficult time for them. She has enabled us to come to an agreement with our tenant which will allow their rent arrears to be paid whilst keeping a roof over their heads and a tenant in my property over the coming months. Already very quick and responsive to any issues that crop up with the property. Beckie is a great property manager for us and always keeps in contact when needed! Recently had something that needed fixing and Beckie was in regular contact during, and out of, regular working hours even on days when there had not been huge developments just letting us know we hadn’t been forgotten.
Really takes off stress of dealing with property repairs to not have to chase constantly for updates.

We recently got served by Jordan Nixon as the representative from the Bracknell branch of Prospect following an enquiry made to the company.
I have to say that as far as I remember at least, Jordan Nixon's been by far the most incredible Estate Agent person whom I've ever come across in my whole life.
I think that Jordan Nixon stayed incredibly patient, presented himself well and seemed very knowledgable about the local housing industry.
Something which stood out to me as the big number one plus point about Jordan was his attempt to honour my request for honesty which is something I appreciated it.
I only really put down a reminder on the phone to write this five star review attempt in case it hopefully helps Jordan with things like job security, raises and/or promotions at work during times of lockdown and beyond.
Yes, he Jordan Nixon really was that good so I hope that this hopefully helps a bro out so to speak.
Jordan Nixon's colleagues Jordan Wells, Harry Pangborne and George Pangorne have also been lovely too.

Prospect in Bracknell are by far the worst letting agents I have ever dealt with in my life. We almost became homeless because of the multiple delays. The home we were supposed to move in had not been cleaned according to the inventory check and 2 months after the agreement fell through, they set up a direct debit for another apartment! Unprofessional, dishonest and completely unreliable. I will never use them again.

I highly recommend Propect what an amazing service. From the first contact right through to exchange of contracts they were outstanding. Ricky who came to value our property was very informative in what were the positive selling points of our property but gave a fair valuation, this for me is honesty with providing realistic expectations. Throughout the process of viewings the team always kept me updated well on feedback and it felt like we really worked together well in finally achieving an offer that was acceptable. It doesn't stop there, after we accepted an offer we were assigned our move manager Angela who was absolutely fantastic. She worked so hard to ensure excahge of contracts to suite all parties. She probably had many moves to manage but made it feel we were the only ones due to her work and constant contact. She was always availble and I truly believe due to her hard work we are moving in the time we and other parties wanted. I would like to make a special mention to Charles, Adam and Jordon but the whole team are amazing. Thank you Prospect, if I ever move again you will be my first call and I will highly recommend you to all.
