just wanted to write a review saying how lovely the service was on Tuesday afternoon. popped in looking for mothers day gifts with my partner and saw an elephant water bottle that she would love in the window display (which made us walk in)
sadly I couldn't find it myself in the store. so I asked one of the younger employees there (sorry didnt ask their name but they had short blond hair) and they went above and beyond looking for it in the stock drawers. then they were able to check with a manager if I could buy the window display one, which we did. I picked up some very cute elephant paper clips as well. the checkout lady was also very polite and helped to sign up my email for a paperchase card.
just wanted to say well done paperchase customer service was excellent your managers should be very proud.

It is always a pleasure to browse in a Paperchase store.
Often there are many unusual cards that you know exactly who they should be sent to.
The Paperchase in Bluewater is a nice store with a good selection of cards for most occasions.
As with most other Paperchase stores, the staff here are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing that's what I shout. This place has it all in stationary. Loads of Journals,diaries and all other kind of great things. Most branches are big and boy do they fill them with delights. The staff are well trained and so super helpful. Give them a go...........

Good cards, nice shopping experience, but staff need to stop asking those forced "customer service questions" they learn on a course. Of course I found everything I was after, otherwise I'd have asked, and please don't pretend to be interested in my day if you really aren't.

Ohh my favourite shop, I adore everything stationary & so can spend ages browsing over it all. I have purchased many items especially for my journals & letter writing. The staff are always friendly & helpful & the shop is neat & grouped well. I have one of their store cards which you can save points & receive money off & birthday treat! Prices are moderate & lots of sale items. A must to visit!

Wonderful range of stationery. Great range of pens, notebooks with natty designs, and a range of very witty greetings cards that I have seen nowhere else.
Not the cheapest stationer, but good quality stuff that's not easy to find in other shops.
Well worth a visit. A haven for any stationery fan!!!

Love going in this shop. I mainly use it for business purchases it as I can purchase lots of different coloured pens and square books for using as guestbooks as weddings. The staff are also willing to help by checking stock in local branches or for extra stock that is coming in. There is normally stock of the items I require but when you want 10 or more and they are always happy to check out back for extra stock.
The pens and books we buy are always top quality in looks, feel and use. The pens write well and look fab on the black page boos we buy.
The staff have always been helpful and happy making shopping an enjoyable experience.

Recently went there on a recommendation by a friend to buy meal planner. I also had my new friends together. We went to the store and ended up buying a lot more. As I was checking out my friend told me to ask the check-out girl if we could get student discount , and she said yes. But she also added she can not give me student discount as the transaction had gone through , however i had not even put my pin to pay for the transaction yet.Even on my insistence the girl denied she could do anything about it and made me pay the amount in full. She was clearly lying as all it takes is to just cancel it and put discount.I shouldn't have even needed to ask for it. It was the worst customer service ever and I intend to put a complain in store when i visit again.

Bought a diary that ran Jan, Feb, May, June, April. Paperchase refused to exchange or refund. Rubbish company were managers blasfeam at customers. Should not be allowed to trade.
