The Journal Shop was recommended to me by a friend when he was telling me about his wonderful Travelers notebook,
I'm pleased he told me about T.J.S because not only do I now own two of the "Travelers Notebook's" which are absolutely fantastic I also buy all of my stationary needs from from them from their huge range of stationary products and their customer service is outstanding.
My last purchase was one pack of the 2021 dairy inserts for my Travelers notebook and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product or the superb customer service.

I've bought from The Journal Shop website for some years. They have a fantastic selection of brands with reasonable prices. I particularly like the range of fine stationery from around the world. The email updates are useful without being intrusive and responses to enquiries are swift. The delivery is speedy and items are well packaged. I often look here when I need to buy a gift. I'm not sure that it is any one particular thing that makes me return to The Journal Shop online store so often. It's the range and quality of stock, but also the sheer efficiency of fulfilling orders. I have no idea what customer service is like because everything's been perfect so far so I have had no reason to contact them.

Never had a problem. Recommended. Did get an email today saying, "hope you have safely received your order...", when I hadn't yet. But assume it was a stock email and because it is a preorder item, so forgiven. Stationery websites can be dangerous things to look at. Easy to end up buying items you never knew you needed, until you've stumbled across them.
