I would give this company a ZERO to work for. The people are great and intelligent, but the way The Management treats its staff is appalling, especially the ones in India, its like a modern day SLAVERY.
The internal Organisational structure is VERY Complicated , and TRYING to submit expenses is VERY complicated
My team had an British Indian guy working for us, he was brilliant, but as soon as his mother contracted Cancer, and he understandably wanted to spend her dying months with her, our Line manager managed to get him sacked....using the Quarterly figures as an excuse to reduce staff numbers. UNBELIEVABLE.
INDIAN MANAGEMENT "STYLE" SUCKS....DO NOT work there, but send your WORST enemy !!

Tata Consultancy Services office in London on the 5th floor of Northcliffe House building. Just 2 mins walk from High Street Kensington Station. If you are travelling on Piccadilly line (on a good warm day), its better to get down at Earl's Court station and then walk from there to this office (10 mins walk) instead of hopping on to district line.
Kensington Palace is in a close vicinity (5 mins walk) and so the many famous restaurants. Also close by are the embassies of lot of countries.
