This is my local Ryman branch and, although I love the services they provide and the stationary, the shop is extremely dusty and disorganised. I tried picking up a diary and my hand was covered in dust.

Some staff are slow and non-responsive...but the gent with a ponytail is an absolute gem and goes above and beyond to help! There’s also a lady who’s been there year and is very knowledgable and efficient. A great little shop that packs a lot in!

I can always guarantee prompt attention in Ryman's, whichever branch it is in London. The staff always ask if they can help once I enter the shop and that is always good for business. Must be part of the training regime...a good policy

Very helpful staff and great prices. Ryman is one of the few useful chains left on the High St. And if you buy stuff there you get it immediately not waiting around for Amazon!

I went there to deliver a package through DHL with a registered Id, which is paid by the receiver. They didn't allow me to send it and I had to convince them after having spend a lot of time giving them the details that this service is offered by DHL. At last they rejected my request and told me to come the next day with labels printed and so on. So basically if they didn't earn anything they didn't want to do anything (although I bought a card and an envelope). It took so long that I got a parking fine. Don't go there if you want good franc honest service.

Who knew you could need so many files and ring-binders?
I've never had any problems with this shop, and even though the staff sometimes appear to look at me as though I'm a shoplifter-in-the-making, they're still nice enough. Which must be hard, looking at all of the other moany reviewers on here.

two women working there shipped my parcel through DHL wrong twice. I have now lost my parcel and am trying to find it... try not to ship from DHL parcels from here. Everyone else in the shop is lovely.

At it's location at heart of Hampstead High Street, Ryman's has, a lot, to offer. Expect ranges of everything from paper and pen to home networking accessories, digital media storage and even printers. All of this alongside the stationery we've come to know Ryman's for and rely upon.
