This shop is in my neighbourhood so i went multiple times. Two of the employees are nice and helpful, the other two are the absolute worst...very rude, unhelpful and incompetent, I am appalled at the way they treat costumers...will never set foot in this store again

Didn't think of buying a printer here until they came up on a search result. Ended up being 60 quid cheaper than on Amazon. Also found the staff very professional and caring.

Received lovely service from the team today, especially and specifically from Federica who assisted me when I was in a bind (literally). Numerous attempts before the final result, to ensure that the document could be completed as professionally as possible. Very friendly, and something that was definitely done beyond her official duty at Rymans. Additionally, charged the basic fee when it was definitely not an easy task.
Once more, extremely impressed, and goes to show how considerate and helpful some people can be. Thank you very much!

I went to print photo for my Schengen visa,which is fairly important and the staff has no knowledge of the size of it and printed in the wrong format although I emphasised and double-checked for a few time with him. I mean there is printing service, so you should have someone knows about it!!!And it is so pricy,I basically wasted £18 on the wrong thing????

A nice friendly shop/store with interesting items for those wanting stationery products and art products and paper and card etc and small to medium office supplies and some good quality printers and paper shredders and lots of other interesting odd things. But generally one of those quite inspirational shops.

My friend went 30 min ago to print 2 copies of one paper (only one side each one) and before printing they said: "0. 32 p per page" so she accepted. After printed they then asked for 2 pounds extra for the job. I have no words. And London is full of such dishonest people. It s also a shame I couldn t put zero stars.

Staff let down by misleading pricing. On their website UV pens are £2.08 for a 3-pack. Go to the shop and you are charged £6.99 for one. How not to make yourself popular with customers (and, I'm betting - looking at the other reviews here - no response from Ryman will be forthcoming).

泊まってたホテル近くの文房具屋ですが、たまたまかも知れませんが混んでました。日本の一般的な文房具屋と違ってPC関係の消耗品を多数扱っていて、プリンターのインクとかありました。私はスマホのマイクロSDカードが一杯になったので買いに行きましたが、32GBのカードを持って行ったら、今は64GBのこちらが安いと勧めてくれました(^_^) その場でSDカードを交換したかったので安全ピン無いかと尋ねたら、快く貸してくれました(^○^)
