Efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Large range of goods and the prices are decent.
Throughout the pandemic the store at Mansfield Woodhouse has been very diligent while still managing to be open: perfect as an exemplar for covid-secure workplaces.
I use the brand both for work and for home projects. I've not been disappointed with any purchase (mainly electrical supplies) and most things I've wanted were available the same day with only a very few needing to be ordered.

Went to buy some drill bits. Wanted my address and details before I could buy them. Why? Why do they need my name and address? I dont want to have to give my details to buy a few drill bits. It's insane!!! I just wanted to buy some drill bits. They had to get a manager to authorize it! Otherwise a really handy shop. Such a strange policy.
