I really recommend this shop. Really friendly and approachable staff working there ready to answer all my silly questions.
One of the team, Ben, was really helpful and showed me how my new device works too. They also have a pretty decent loyalty card scheme and do some good deals on e-liquids.
Whether you're a very knowledgeable vape user or a complete beginner, they walk you through how it all works. Not pretentious or showy, which is just what I needed.

Great service, Callum showed me a few devices. Being a newly ‘quit smoker’ he showed me how each device works and ended up with the device that currently I am enjoying with some tasty sweet tobacco juice. To top it all off, I got a Christmas card for being a customer, it is the little things in life. A great vape shop :)

Picked up a new mod today and I can’t believe how nice Cal was, made me feel welcomed in the shop and helped me pick the best device for me. Also gave me a recommendation on some juice and made sure I knew how to prime my coils so they would last that bit longer. Loving my mod so far and I’m sure I shall be back. Would recommend to anyone from near to far. The customer service is 5 star and so is the range to choose from. Thank you again, I hope you see this Cal, very well done mate

Great customer service, came based of previous reviews and I can tell that they know what they are doing. Callum and Rory are brilliant and humble. My previous vape shop did not go through how to change a coil or how to get the best out of it. Callum went through everything with me and Rory came with the banter. They are both a credit to Vape and Juice and this is now my vape shop

Great service, the lads in there know their stuff and the prices are fair.
Great location just off Hackney Central station means I can hop off get my stuff and hop in.
They also have a decent loyalty system like Costa coffee, just swipe the card everytime youre in and get points. Money off your next purchase.

Went in the store as a beginner to vaping having tried to get myself off of juuls and dave was absolutely incredible! He spent a good half hour giving me a lesson and making sure i picked the right flavours and mg to make it easier for me. What a saint, definitely recommend this place - and thanks dave!!

Don’t know what the previous negative comments are talking about however I’ve been here more than a few times and always treated with professionalism and always very helpful. Went instore and was politely greeted by both of the guys in store! They found me the perfect new upgrade which I enjoy a lot. They also spent the time to make sure I new how to prime the coils! I can 100% tell they knew what they were talking about! Brilliant members of staff and I shall be back to get the Fat Fridays when they are in stock and a pack of coils. I can’t wait, keep it up guys. Customer for life :)

Shops looks clean and tidy from the last time I went in, well done to Jay and Cal for cleaning the shop to make it look stunning. Only criticism I can give is lack of new juices and devices, also the new manager can come across at rude from time to time. But that’s not going to knock the 5 star service from Jay and Cal. Stunning service, shall continue to be coming in when they are working.

It’s a shame really, been in a couple of times prior today’s visit. Felt however, who I was served by this evening was rude and not interested in helpin me. Very mono-tone and not much emotion. The other staff members before help me lot; going through juices with me and finding the correct one. The girl who works there is an absolute star with great manners and can tell she knows her stuff. The big guy is very kind and always welcomes with warm arms and can tell he is happy too be there.

I highly recommend Vape and Juice in Hackney. Very friendly and helpful staff (especially Callum). Bought the Endura T18E vaping pen for myself which suits me fine. I bought my partner the Krona A Zenith which she likes a lot. I Stopped smoking 8 months ago after 30 plus years and would definitely say that switching to vaping has been a great help (along with patches,gum and inhalators initially). The shop also has a loyalty points scheme which is great. You can also get points for bringing in your empty juice bottles which goes towards helping the environment (not many shops do that). Great shop!
