First time visiting Hackney, lost my mod on the train. Found vape and juice 5 minutes down the road from Dalston. Saw the exceptional ratings. So came and gave it a shot, had to get a new mod. So thought I would upgrade my machine as well, Callum talked me through the different options I had and gave me a well in-depth explanation on each different machine and why one was better. Found my perfect new device and was time for juices, James helped out with the juice wise. Recommend some juices and let me try some as well. Also both explained safety whilst using the device which I had never been told from my local shop. Also helped set up my device. Very well done all round, amazing customer service, big range of juices and machines. When I’m back in Hackney, I’m sure I’ll pop back in. Keep it up lads

Must say I was really impressed with this vape shop and the assistant. Walked out of previous stores as all I want is to quit smoking, but get bombarded with sales of high end things I don't even understand. Here was great, soon as I walked in in was greeted but not harassed by chap called Ben. He helped me with my choice of "cheap" but effective vape and help me select from the 1000 flavours. He explained how it worked and how to maintain without adding on extras must say very impressed and have now not smoked for 3 days. Cheers vape n juice

I'm new to vaping and wanted to sit and have a casual conversation about it and I felt lucky to have Ben in store today, he's really sweet and very chilled out and patient, he made me feel at ease with the whole overwhelming world of coils, liquid types, nic salts, tanks etc. Me thinking I'm feeling stupid about the whole thing was unfounded thanks to Ben.
Originally I came in store to try some flavours with intentions of buying Blueberry and Menthol mix and possibly a few small bottles of other flavours to try over time, but I was enthralled by the Butterscotch flavour Ben was using and he generously let me try some from his vape (hygiene safely exchanged drip tips) and I left with a bottle of Butterscotch Reserve by Basix by Glas with a massive smile on my face.
I didn't like the thick glass tube that comes as standard with my tank so Ben improved this by installing a thinner glass tube, meaning I can hold a little more e-liquid without much change on the vape aesthetic I already like. Ben also helped me realise WHEN to change my coil (Mine was apparently quite dark). In my experience recently going from smoking to vape, noticing that burnt subtlety is very difficult to grasp, so it's great leaving the store in knowledge.
My only suggestion is to improve the flavour station; a wooden board with all these tanks with different e-liquid flavours, the intention is exciting but the tanks are terrible in determining the flavour of the e-liquid (this did make me really appreciate the tank and coil I currently use). Although I can taste a bit of flavour it was ruined with a strange unusual flavour from every tank I tried on the wooden board. I would also suggest the flavour station to have hygienically exchangeable drip tips.
It was definitely nice to have met Ben, I quite often come across people who can be quite egotistical in these types of stores and I'm really glad that a sweet guy like Ben was in the store today.

I have been vaping for about 5 years now so know what a decent vape shop should be like in terms of advice, customer service, pricing, varied range etc. This shop and the staff (Callum) ticks all the boxes, and then some. They always have what I need, and if they don't, they get it in. Definitely my 'go to' vape shop from now.

Great service, British husband and wife team, I believe he said this was their 18th store, very inspirational young couple.
If you and your spouse are currently trying to work toward that dream future, I would recommend popping in just to read their story (it’s up on the left hand wall) and speak to the staff you may catch the boss himself there on his own grafting away even With 18 speak to him and learn his story it truly put some fire under me and my fiancé, we have been charging forward on that knowledge ever since.

What an amazing vape shop!! Great members of staff, I met Reece/Rhys and Callum when popped down to get some juices, as I am far away from my local vape shop in Hertfordshire and only here for the day.
I know Reece/Rhys doesn't work in the Hackney but another store, can't remember where but he knows his stuff and could tell he got along with Callum and both gave great recommendations to my requirements.
They both offered drinks whilst I waited as there were a few other people needing their vape gear before. Thank you for the water :) Then when they could get to me they were so so helpful, my tank was quite old but I did not want a new one, so they point me in the right direction of something called a mesh coil.
I had no idea what it was but they showed me and explained in great detail what the differences are. Then they showed me a new way of 'priming' my coil. So much easier the way they showed me. They also mentioned that mesh coils have amazing flavour.
i took them up on that, they were correct! Flavour is so much better with a mesh coil. I thought they were pulling my leg. But no they were correct. These guys are vaping experts and by far the best vape shop in London I have been to and they have loads of store plotted around London, Essex and Kent. Oh and one in Ibiza, get in haha ;)

Fantastic customer service from Callum. Visited the store yesterday and he was exceptionally kind, patient, friendly and informative. I am a vaping neophyte, so needed a complete starter kit. Callum talked me through all the options, let me try as many juice flavours as I wanted, and set up my new vape tank for me! Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to switch from smoking to vaping, but is a vape tech Luddite! They’ll sort you out! Thanks Callum!

I have been in a few times, Callum is super. For once a vape shop that doesn’t sell me the most expensive thing. I bought the R-Kiss Smok kit, plain and simple and great flavour from the atomisers. He then gave me some juice recommendations, they even have testers of most popular juices. I got the RY form squared with 3mg and amazingly they have buy one get one half price. Then got Blue berets, I could try before I buy. Great addition, compared to shops near Hackney.
Callum spent a great amount of time with me going through everything and explaining how to fill the tank up, the correct juice to use. What to do and what not to do. This is what I call customer service. Also let me know you can always call the store for help and even have a 24/7 live chat.
Also to top off everything, you also get a free bag of haribos within the bags. Amazing to say the least, thank you Callum and Vape and Juice. You have gained a loyal customer for life

Amazing customer service received from Callum, recommendation from a friend of ours. My wife was diagnosed with COPD and she had to quit the cigarettes. We went to go see the young chap and was sold the best device possible, gave us a pack of coils, 3 juices and the vape. Went into the shop today with the intention of buying a new Chamber for my, lets call it average machine. Got chatting to Ben and Callum in the shop and they couldn't have been any more helpful.
Ben spoke about a new machine that had just come into the shop today and it was roughly the same price as the Chamber i was looking for.
He informed me that he had just bought one and that all the guys in the shop use them too. He also Let me try his machine and the sealer was they didn't have any black ones left, so he kindly offered to give me his black one in exchange for the one i was going to buy!
Amazingly helpful guys and would highly recommend this place to anyone either at beginner level or experts in the vaping world.
Top job guys..and ps, Iv been using it since i left and it is EXACTLY what i was looking for so im well happy.

I 've just popped in to the store to get my supply and had a very helpful guy called Dave give me excellent service. He advised me on the correct strength I should be vaping..I'm fairly new to vaping so his advice was really useful. He also got me in to the Loyalty scheme which I had no idea about, despite visiting the store twice before.
Dave also told me about the recycling scheme which gets me more points too.
All in all I am very happy with the friendly, professional service I received from Dave today.

Let me start by saying WOW Callum! What an amazing shop and amazing staff member you have! Helped me so much and wasn’t sale minded! Helped me find the best device as an upgrade possible! Could have tried to sell me hundreds of pounds worth of gear but sold me a medium priced device that suited my budget and my style as well! Would say I was extremely annoying asked hundreds of questions but was still interested too help me and answered with such enthusiasm! Now this is what you call a Vape shop! After bad experiences with other Vape shops before, I decided to go into a Vape and Juice. Only saw it because I went past on the bus, I spoke to Callum and James! They were extremely friendly and not salesy, they gave me a recommendation on Juice that I have to agree is amazing! I wish I set up a loyalty card now but didn’t have time but I will 100% when I next come in. Amazing story how Vape and Juice have 20+ stores, husband and wife team! As a vape virgin i had no idea what i was looking for so i googled my nearest vape shop. As soon as i walked in i was welcomed, I asked 1000 questions just to make sure i was heading in the right direction to stop smoking. I am now filled with the confidence and knowledge to start vaping the right way. Jay was so helpful and didn't make me feel stupid or like i was annoying him plus i feel comfortable to go in store at anytime to ask questions. Im also over the moon that they offer a loyalty card.

Today I was in need of a new tank as my old one had broke so before I went to the shop i called them to enquire about it and they asked me to bring it in so they could tell me if they had one I went there and they had one for it It cost £15 so I brought it and I was over the moon i was treated with excellent customer service and I would recommend it to everyone I know.

Has taken me ages to find a shop that sell the bonza rda. They had some, however not the colour required. Callum rung up other Vape and Juice shops and found the colour I was required, however I didn’t expect him to go to that store miles away early the next morning for the following day in the afternoon for me to pick up, even included a build and rewicking. What amazing service, had a nice chat about our spare time and to hear he does a hell of a lot for charities and the community; is incredible. I recommend anyone to go and see him. So kind and enthusiastic about his job, not pushy at sales, just pure honesty. What an absolute credit to the community and to Vape and Juice. Well done Callum and the owners
