Took me while to find their new location. But it was worth it. I went in with faulty atomizer and half expected to be told i needed to buy a whole new unit. Rik, pretty much explained everything to do with vaping in layman's terms. He was extremely helpful.
Don't be put off by the shops location.
Will definitely be using him for liquids and coils from now on. Highly recommended

They operate from a small but very well stocked office on the 29th floor of One Canada Square (the iconic tower) in Canary Wharf. You just need to call the office number on the website then Rik, the director, would come down to sign you in from the main reception. As it's just him at the moment, I would recommend calling in advance to book a time. He is friendly and offered a great buying experience. As a complete newbie, he patiently explained the differences between devices including maintenance details as well as offering to match the price on amazon. Would certainly recommend this fantastic hidden gem to all.

A bit surreal going up to the 29th floor to a small office/shop, but week worth it! Rick has a superb and extensive range of kit, both juices and hardware, at competitive prices. He also has dozens of tester tanks, so you can try before you buy! Brilliant secret find.

I highly recommend this vape shop. Very friendly & helpful customer service . Selling good quality products.
I had trouble with my Aspire pocket X as it was too harsh to smoke. The reason was not quality coils and cheap liquids which I bought from another vape shop located at Pepper Street "Vape Lagoon".
The guy replaced good quality coil and advised not to use that cheap e-liquid another shop sold me, as that brand is very cheap and he doesn't even sell such cheap quality stuff in his store, he gave me quality e-liquid and I felt such a difference to compare to cheap coils and liquids other store sold me.

Important Information - have to say they had to move due to new landlords emptying the building, and they are in a new temporary location by Novotel which is just across the road from Quay House Admirals way, but because its now an admin office so I was told thats the reason they cant change their google address - just call them and they will help you out. Rick is a proper decent guy and really went out of his way to help me. II saw the way he dealt with the other customers when I visited the new office, that he really cares about helping us stop smoking! Well done for your efforts mate. Thanks alot! Great service!

Only really accessible if you work at One Canada Square as it's on 29th Floor. Just walked all the way across Docklands to be told they'd be back in an hour. Save your time and just buy online. Pointless.
