So, what can I say?
Today I was introduced to the vape world for the first time and I couldn't ask better.
I think I actually got the best customer service EVER, not talking just about vape but in general.
Rik explained me EVERYTHING, after I told him about my habits with cigarettes he showed me various options at different prices so he didn't hard try to sell me the most expensive ones just, you know, to get more money. Also he was showing me online prices to give me a comparison between his prices and online, couldn't be more clear and transparent than this.
I ended up spending more than I was expecting but seriously with ZERO regrets.
He has his office in the tower so if you want to meet him, cause like me you're not sure about what you want and what you need, better give him a call before so you can schedule an appointment otherwise Tower's security won't let you go inside without it.
Not just HIGHLY recommended but I'd say a MUST if you're in London cause this guys is the DEAL.
I really hope and wish him the best for his company because he totally deserves it, for the passion and the knowledge he has about this world.
Gonna recommend him to anyone I know!

Ok, so first of all, DO NOT overlook this place. It is a cozy shop with a great selection. The owner (pictured) is really nice and very professional. Located in the tower in Canada Square. Call him, he will generate a pass, tell reception he's waiting for you, go to 29th floor, he will wait for you there.

You would never think that there is a little shop in the 29th floor of 1 Canada Square, but you only need to ask in the reception! Good variety of hardware and eliquids, very well advised by a professional with many years experience. Will soon be back when in the area. Cheers and thanks!

This is the only vape shop in Canary Wharf, unusually it is actually located on the 29th floor of the tower but don't let that put you off. These guys are amazing, the selection of products is extensive and they cannot do enough for you, once you try them you won't use anyone else.

The best tasting vapes I've ever had! I've been to all the London vape shops, - been vaping for over 2 years now. These guys have an amazing selection, and loads of testers (over 100 I believe! - more than any other store by miles!)
I had to call them and let them know I was at reception, and they came and greeted me within 5 minutes.
Spent around 45 minutes with them, learnt alot about the premium e-liquid market, tasted at least 20 different USA made flavours, and ended up finding so many new juices that I liked.
I'm usually really fussy and particular, and dont find vapes I like so easily.
These guys really know their stuff. A lovely team, and a fab, unique experience. Top guys! Best thing was the price - in the Wharf, most things are overpriced, but these boys match online pricing. Great stuff. Thanks alot!
