Fantastic and excellent services and supreme correct pricing for the iqos and the heets. Why are you Brits still smoking the 12£ cigarettee when a pack of heets is just 5£ in the shop ?
This is much much better then the iqos shops in Japan. Spacious, friendly real local staff, not packed with those big nose tourists being rejected to purchase the latest model of Duo.

I accidentally snapped my IQOS heating element during a clean ????I checked out where the nearest IQOS store was and found this one a short walk away and managed to get in just before closing time. I was expecting a short wait and to pay maybe £15-20 for the fix or just buy a new device. Jacob fixed my device for free instantly and gave me some tips on cleaning. Far exceeded my expectations, really happy with this store! Thanks!

Awesome place!! I would recommend for everyone who want to quit ordinary smoking. Great space, cool stuffs, surrounded with modern interior. The member lounge is perfect for iqos family who is looking for somewhere to sit back and relax while having a cup of coffee. I felt very comfortable bring my laptop here while smoking in the lounge. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. He recommended the new flavour and I love it!! I will definitely come back again.

So my first visit at this store as I've always driven past it and wondered what it'd be inside. So here's my take:
It's sPaCiOuS. Has a coffee bar, you get served free coffee or water. The lovely lady (Maira) that I had the opportunity to have a chat with, was amazing. I went to try the Iqos Mesh the vape device and the assistant was more than happy to demo it to me. The only concern I have is the door was wide open and it was a chilly day. The heating wasn't working either. So please invest in something that'll help keep the customers and your staff warm on the chilly days. Again. 3 cheers to Maira, she's an asset to your company and the branch

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went there to buy a new device and they also offered us coffee as a courtesy. You can also smoke inside and enjoy your coffee while your iqos charges.

Very nice shop, Excellant service. Very friendly staff and Excellant product. Its an amazing shop concept. I love it. They offer you free coffee and a heat smoke if you like and the staff are so generous. I lost my charger and hoping i could buy one but they gave it to me for free. They are amazing. And they always have new stuff out and fantastic deals and offers. I cant stay away.

iqos is short for I Quit Original Smoking and the concept of a smokeless, non-burning appliance is appealing, at first. The staff are very friendly and sit with you in very lovely designed booths. They demonstrate everything, right down to smoking and you can smoke three heet sticks before you buy.
You have to comit about 10 mins to getting the charger ready, heating and then prepping the holder and then using it for up to 6 mins or taking approx 14 puffs.
However, I spoke frankly about my desire to get away from the dreadful smell of smoking Cigarettes. What the Rep didn't tell me is how horrible the device stinks which also leaves a dreadful lingering odour in your home. On High Street Ken the shop is very large with double doors always open. The shop outside of Westfield is really just an open marquee with a couple of benches. Therefore, you cannot get a hint of the real scent. I was convinced it was just my holder so I was cleaning so vigorously with a cleaning stick that my blade snapped. I phoned Customer Services who had a free replacement delivered the next day. Disappointingly I realised that they DO STINK.
I really love the lounge with its , wifi, free drinks and the fact that it is a great hangout spot. As I said, the doors are constantly opened so no smell can be detected.
I am still using my device. I only have to charge it once a week. The cleaning sticks cost £5 for a pack of 30 and the Heets cost £8 for 20. Everything fits neatly inside of an old diabetes device case.
The overall concept is fantastic and I believe the heet sticks are just as 'satisfying' as a cigarette and you cannot really chain smoke unless you have more than one device.
The accessories are pretty expensive but I understand that this prouct is available from some duty free outlets. Overall, it can help get you away from costly tobacco but I have listed my concerns.
