flawless customer service, I went in knowing what stick I wanted. the man working there greeted me and carefully selected the cigar I wanted, after that he offered to cut the cigar. I asked for it to be packaged so he went and did that and also added box of matches. will always come back to this store.

Took me a while to find but once in the shop I was not disappointed. I wanted to buy a present and have never done before the women in the shop pointed me in the right direction and i left with the right cigar

Great selection and affordable prices, but the staff was just a little stand-offish. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but enquiring about the varieties of pipe tobacco they carried was a bit like pulling teeth. I still made a purchase and was very happy with my overall experience I just think the gentleman I worked with was a little aloof.

The staff here were incredibly helpful when looking for a cigar for my friend especially seeing as I don't smoke cigars. They guided me through my options answering my questions thoroughly and helped me settle on some lovely cigars to bring back.
