Super service at the Walk-in Centre after falling off my bike. Was assessed and sent for X-rays then patched up. All done in 1.5hrs on a Sunday morning. Friendly and professional staff throughout made it a pleasure despite my pains.

I had shoulder surgery and it went absolutely brilliant. Nurses were coming all the time asking if we are ok, comfortable and warm. My anaesthetist was singing for me before they gave me nerve block and then put me on sleep. Just wanted me to calm down. It worked. Didn't feel anything. When I woke up they took proper care of me watch me until I was discharged. Great experience. Thank you all of the staff to make me feel like home during the stay.

I am so grateful for the nurses and doctor at Ashford hospital! I was traveling overseas and had an had to go to the hospital for an injury and they were so kind and helpful. The staff worked with me to try and get me seen since it was difficult not being a citizen. I would recommend to everyone!

I have waited more than 6 months to be seen at a London hospital so my GP referred me locally . I have been seen very quickly and cannot fault the kindness and compassion I have been shown . So proud to say I trained at Ashford hospital more than 30 years ago .

This was my third visit within a year following a double cataract procedure. As always the system works well and the staff are helpful , courteous and cheerful. My doctor was informative and knew his stuff. Keep it up Ashford.

Everything about the hospital was lovely. My child was referred there and all the staff we encountered from the parking attendant to the receptionist to the admin staff and finally the doctor who attended to us were brilliant. I am not naming people to respect my child's privacy but everyone was so helpful

Walk-in nurses are absolutely useless here! Waste of time, was actually going to leave a NHS complaint regarding this but let's see if they improve in the future. Receptionist was lovely though.

I was left for five weeks after visiting AandE with a broken shoulder and arm without any treatment or advice. I wouldn't even treat my dog like this. Absolutely shocking!

Doing their best. Usually clean and tidy. Car park is usually easy to park in, although expensive - same as all other nhs hospitals. After the initial hour it isn’t too unreasonable. Machine takes cash or card.

Superb service, again. The Tennyson unit / ward are brilliant, and they deserve recognition. I arrived for my appointment with Mr Malik 15 minutes early yesterday, and was seen almost immediately. I actually left just before my appointment was due ???? Mr Malik was attentive and looking at my case notes, was able to prescribe a course of treatments and took me off the waiting list for an operation, for all the right reasons. I have unfortunately been here many times (because of shoulders and Arthritis), and all staff have always been super polite, helpful and knowledgeable. No idea how they could improve because they’re doing a tremendous job. Keep up the great work.

I have just come back from the Walk-in-Centre at Ashford Hospital and had to write this brief review. I was truly impressed with Ambi Calay, who was highly professional and dealt with my issue in no time. Very happy with the service despite the two-hours wait.

Tried to call today regarding a general queries for the midwife, the woman didn't speak to me anything, next thing I knew the other side is ringing and no dial tone after that. Very poor service I'm sorry. Please have decent manner at least to speak that you will be transferred to the different department.

There may be few good caring staff, but the ones I came across are unhelpful, can't be bothered attitude. Felt soo uncared for :-( There were two ladies who went out of the way to help.. grateful for them, one porter decided to help when he saw an officer watching !

Walk in clinic is nurse led... And they're absolutely useless. Not much point going there if you require more than paracetamol. Just go to the pharmacy across the road if you need anything of the sort. No idea what services they are supposed to provide really.

Stop sending people in the woking area here, send us to St Peter's for God's sake. The stress and agro getting to Ashford will do more damage to my health in the long run!!!!

Poor customer services on reception area for appointments, staff more interested in talking to themselves then helping people. You are left standing there for more then 5 minutes before they call you to the desk & there is no other person in the queue either. Staff come across as "can't be bothered" attitude

6+ people booked in at once for day surgery, only one taken at a time leading to minimum 3 hour waits for the second person onwards, genuinely painful after being told not to eat since the day before. I saw the wrong person being called for surgery because they (different age race surname etc) happened to have the same first name and then swapped back over, i was given medication by a nurse who couldent even tell me what the pills were, this is not even a busy day the ward is empty i dread to think how this place is when busy. I had always thought highly of the nhs before this third world country experience. Our 16-18year old front of house staff in a pub can manage bookings better.

My daughter went to this hospital yesterday for a procedure under general anaesthetic. We arrived on the day surgery ward and their policy is to not let family with the patient but my daughter was so scared they allowed me to be with her. The nurses on that ward went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was cared for and looked after properly. I've had 12 operations and 11 of them done at Frimley park but I would recommend ashford over them any day.

Over the last four years or so when in the UK for my parents ill health this hospital had given nothing but excellent friendly service, from the cleaners, receptionist to the medical staff. My wife and I give big thanks and salute you all.

I truly can't believe that Adults that need blood tests can have them done straight away but my 8yr old child has been told by a very rude member of staff on the paediatric ward today 31/1/18.. That he can't be seen until the 21/01/18.. And when I question the time and say he needs the blood tests sooner because hes very ill now, I'm told well that's every child isn't it... I called back to get the member of staffs name but a Sandra Graves said she didn't know who it was..I'm gutted I had to give this disgrace of a unit one star... But that's how they push us to privatisation.. They know decent parents will not wait that long and go private.. They'll all be crying when they don't have jobs and pensions..

Completely useless. Clinics always are running late, houreof waiting and they wouldn't even apologize. Once you with the consultant instead of teyint to help and offered the right treatment they ask you to change your lifestyle like it's the cure for everything. Very dissatisfied with the NHS.

Retreat Cafe upstairs in the outpatients dept. Coffee reasonable hot and cold food available unfortunately they ran out of hot food by 1.30 a bit disappointing if you were attacked by a touch of the "munchies" The hospital staff are very helpful and understanding very professional

My husband had a mini stroke. I am so glad that the professional doctors from st Peters in chertsey had everything under control. All the tests and scans . I SALUTE their professionalism. We were booked for an MRI scan into Asford hospital. On a Saturday We were late for 7 min. Running the corridors to find the MRI dept. Got the and what you think, you a very late. Can't have your scan today. I would understand if there where 5 10 people queuing. I waited half an hour to see for myself how many people will be attending that department, none. The assistant attitude was rude. She booked another appointment in 4 days. 4 days??? You may not need that appointment. Humanity

I am delighted to write a review on my recent TWO visits to Dermatology at Ashford Hospital. Dr M Al Abadie and the nurse attending, at both my visits were superb. The nurse was welcoming, assured and greeted me with courtesy and care. Dr Abadie immediately sorted out a problem I have had over many years with perfect insight into the condition and, apart from ongoing maintenance, I hope to be free of this recurring problem, thanks to him. I tried to go online at 'NHS Choices' to put this review on but the webpage was a tad confusing for me, and so doing this feedback here. Many thanks to a very positive experience.
