Called for some Stihl chainsaw spares this morning, to be told I needed to speak to Richard in parts as the guy who answered the phone said he's just in the warehouse and it was "nothing to do with him". Asked when I should call back to be told " I dunno, it;s just pot luck". When I said I didn't think that was very good customer service for saying I wanted to order parts, the phone was put down.
I've had poor service from here before, turn up at the counter in my work gear and they couldn't help more but go in in civvies and they don't want to know.
I'll be buying elsewhere from now on and I sincerely hope that online stores send you lot bankrupt.
