Bathrooms at Source was recommended to us when we had our loft converted in January 2020. From the moment we walked into the shop Terry, Tammy and the rest of the team were friendly, available, and extremely helpful. We chose the style we liked, and Tammy pulled together different designs based on price bracket options. Being a local family business, we received great customer service throughout and will be going back when the next bathroom gets done! We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a new bathroom. We are thrilled with the results of our B@S bathroom renovation. They have transformed our poorly laid out and leaky loft shower room into a stunning and functional bathroom.
From our first design meeting with Laura and then our more detailed site planning and product scoping meeting with Terry getting the ball rolling was very easy. The team were able to translate our vision and suggest good quality and appropriately priced products that worked together.
We decided to wait for one of the B@S fitters rather than use our own builder and it was definitely worth it. Szymon was amazing, he was tidy and conscientious, worked with us to agree all the details on site and the level of finish is excellent. Terry provided oversight for the project so everything ran very smoothly (despite Covid and Brexit throwing up some curve balls!)

Excellent, friendly, independent family run business, who offer competitive prices and superior knowledge when compared to larger chain stores. They had a problem sourcing the cloakroom basins I required due to Covid, so I chose a different product, which they weren't happy supplying to me as they felt it was an inferior product. Ended up supplying a superior, considerably more expensive product for the same price as the original products I chose. Great service, the kind you only get from small businesses. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We made the journey from Preston to Bathrooms at Source, in Wandsworth to talk to Simon one of the family members who run Bathrooms at Source, he spent 2 hours with us going through all the things we thought we needed and he offered some invaluable advice, it really did make the journey worthwhile. I recently bought a new flat and the bathroom was in a bad state - it needed a complete re-fit, as well as some floor repairs due to previous water damage. After speaking to a few companies/fitters, I got a really good impression from B@S. Terry and the team spent a lot of time with me in the showroom discussing options and choosing fixtures. Terry was honest that he wouldn't be the cheapest option, and I ended up spending more than I initially wanted. But I'm glad I spent a bit more in the end. The result was that I received a very reliable, trustworthy, high quality service from the B@S team. Terry and Laura were always easy to contact with any queries, and Terry checked in throughout the job to make sure it was all going to plan. The fitter Lukasz completed all the work to a very high standard, and although it was a pretty messy job, he did his best to keep the disruption to a minimum. B@S come highly recommended from me. Thanks for your help guys, Harry.

Great local business. Have sourced fittings & fixtures for 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo from them over the last couple of years; they're helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend anyone who is planning a new bathroom to go here first. The customer service was first rate. I ordered some bath and basin taps online which were unfortunately out of stock. But the sales guy, Simon emailed over several other suggestions that were suitable replacements. With limited time I dropped in to discuss options and was looked after by a couple of others who went out of their way to help me also. I wasn't simply offered expensive alternative options; the team tried hard to find me quality products with a lower price tag, which they did successfully. Products ordered came within 24 hours. Great service and good showroom for ideas.

After one faulty and one incorrect product were provided by Bathrooms At Source (BAS), and installed by another company, BAS claimed full responsibility with the agreement that I wouldn't have to pay the remaining cost until the issues were fixed.
Chased BAS for 7 months to complete the work when they suddenly claimed they would not fix anything and demanded full payment. -then offered to take money off final bill, but still refused to fix anything, ignoring original agreement. The to-ing and fro-ing in communication that occurred was horrible, and is too long to list here. If nothing had gone wrong, working with BAS would have been fine but they do not know how to act appropriately when problems occur.
The are not registered with the furniture ombudsman so there is not formal method to resolve any dispute with them. After they refused to complete the work, I had to resort to contacting the Citizen's Advice Bureau. This did not end admirably.

I dealt with Rachael, I had a appointment booked in to help plan the lay loud then Rachael emailed our quotes To us as we had 3 bathrooms she made it very easy and made sensible decisions for us like spending less on the kids bathrooms and also had discussions of how long we planned to stay in the property etc very professional from start to finish true family business .
