Additionally, we had to swap an item as we had measured it incorrectly and straight away Richard ordered the replacement item so that it could be replaced with immediate effect

We have been looking at various showrooms in London as me and my husband were renovating our bathroom. Out of all of them, I felt by far BDS were the most efficient regarding customer care and service throughout. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of products and range of fittings on show in their showroom. Oh, and their showroom is just AMAZING!!! What was funny was that I had a specific theme, chose sanitary wear I wanted to purchase, yet by the end of the design process this had all changed. This was because they had products me and my husband had never seen or heard of, and I can tell you now, I researched long and hard into what I wanted. I honestly couldn't recommend BDS London more highly than I have in my review. The whole team were very efficient in helping me and my husband achieve our vision with our home bathroom. Everyone has always said to me renovating was one of the hardest and most difficult ventures, however I didn't feel this at all. If I ever renovate again (which I will not- as my bathroom is now stunning) I will contact Mathew from BDS. Thank you Mathew, you made my dreams come true! I love my bathroom so much thanks to you. xxx

The showroom is a real find. The ground floor has some stunning displays, many brands my wife and I hadn’t even heard of before..... Their basement part of the showroom is the real surprise, it is ginormous.....and again tasteful displays throughout. Their friendly staff were on hand to assist when needed and the coffee is to die for!!! Keep up the good work.

My partner and I had been to many of the higher end Bathroom showrooms in London but the moment we met the Bathroom Design team we knew this was the place. Fantastic/stunning displays with so many unique brands and the designer was so so helpful from start to finish..... Would and already have recommended them to others....thank you once again.

Fantastic service and selection of products. I keep coming back to this place for the very professional and helpful advice from Rafal and Virginie. An architect recommended me the place for the selection and I was not deceived. This is the one place that keeps up with Excellent interior design trends while keeping reasonable prices. A GEM ! ( I had visited multiple places prior Finding B D S and always found tiles designs as well as Bathroom furniture dated and very average). this is a top place and the basement showroom is also worth the visit.

We've recently bought 2 beautiful bathrooms through BDS and have been delighted by the interesting, well price and comprehensive product available from this great bathroom design showroom. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and moreover delightful to deal with. Delivery and service has been outstanding.
