Brilliant service . The whole experience dealing with PRIndustrial was a pleasant transaction with superb service throughout. All questions were answered and dealt with kindness and great efficiency. I would certainly recommend any one to buy from this company.All help provided was 100%. I purchased a rolling workshop several months ago . This was purchased as a gift for Christmas so I didn’t open the large package and stored the item away quickly from prying eyes. On Christmas Day the purchase was opened only to realise that it had been damaged in transit. In the New year, I contacted PR Industrial by email . My correspondence was replied to immediately and without any hesitation a replacement item was arranged. The service was incredible considering that my purchase was made 7 months previous. From stage one, the price of the item was excellent value and the original delivery arrived very quickly .My email response was first class .A replacement was arranged and a delivered was organised for the next day . The delivery driver was very helpful and polite. He unpacked the replacement and checked it’s condition and took the previous damaged purchase away. Who could wish for any service better than this !.5 stars is not enough ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
