Sent an email asking about stock of a festool product, got a very quick reply saying the item was in stock and if I ordered before 3.30 it would be sent out that day. put the order in online at 3 o'clock, delivery was free and it arrived the next day.

First time buying from Brighton Tools and fixings ltd and had a fantastic experience. Was advised on the website before purchase to phone, spoke to a kind bloke from the team and was so easy to deal with. Ordered online, same day despatch and next day delivery. Also decided to use this company over screwfix, b&q, toolstation and wickes because of their 5 star reviews and very competitive prices. Would use again for tools, very satisfied.

WARNING: This company is price gauging the price of masks. I ordered a mask and filter and was called the next day to say that they were out of stock. They were both in-stock when I ordered. They offered me an alternative but they had already tripled the price.
The price of the items I ordered have also been raised. I know it's hard to find masks at the moment but these companies should not be taking advantage.
The gentleman I spoke to on the phone said he was trying to protect his local customers from the price raise but it's obvious that they're trying to take advantage of people ordering online.
