Josh did a great job replacing my faulty shower mixer.
It took about a week for the job to be completed since his first visit, but only because he had to wait for the shower to be delivered. In the meantime, he sent me regular updates on the status of the delivery, which was great and me feel like a valued customer.
He is very professional and friendly, and he cares about details, something I really appreciate.

serviced my nans boiler was perfect timing kept me informed of everything going on. boiler had a fault so had to come back and was very impressed with the speed and quality of josh. appreciated everything josh done after knowing him a while through plumbing. would recommend to anyone.

I found Josh (JMW Plumbing and Heating Brighton) online when my central heating and hot water failed between Christmas and New Year. He was the only one of five tradespeople who responded and he came out to see me within a couple of hours of my call. He fixed the system very quickly within the reasonable callout fee and gave me some really helpful advice. Thoughtfully offered to remove shoes on carpet too! Highly recommended.

I had a burst pipe which connected to my washing machine which needed repairing urgently, I got in touch and they were able to get out the following morning to do the emergency repair. All working perfectly now, price was lower than the original quote and super time efficient!

Really delighted with the boiler engineer and plumbing service today from Josh. He happened to be free when I texted after finding his details on Google Maps. He went right over to my rental property to see why the tenants had no hot water in the shower and bath water wasn't hot.
Within 30 mins I got the all clear from tenants - he'd taken off, cleaned and replaced the bar mixer tap on shower, gave advice to what to do if it happens again. Also advised tenants to run bath tap on half so boiler can keep up with heating the water. Also checked all other taps and the boiler and gave me advice on boiler in a chat after.
Very pleasant to deal with, and well priced at £50+VAT for the call out and work done. Will get him back to service the boiler in due course. Highly recommended

Josh installed our brand new "Ideal" boiler (which he also sourced for us at a very competitive price) at just a few days notice which we really appreciated as we would have been left without heating and hot water.
He also got us fixed up with a wireless thermostat that we can move around from room to room. We are extremely pleased with both. More recently Josh has also installed some new "Column" radiators for us which are amazing. As we both work we were happy to give Josh a key so he could complete the job without any inconvenience to ourselves. He is prompt, efficient and a very tidy worker and to say he is a perfectionist in an under statement. We are so happy with all the work Josh has completed we will be asking him back within the next few months to add some more radiators and a new bathroom.
We would highly recommend Josh without hesitation. Thanks Josh.

Found JMW online as I had no heating or hot water, called them up and someone arrived to me within the hour. The problem was found and fixed the same day. Really happy with the service and there prices were reasonable compared to others I phoned first. Would definitely use them again!
