Contacted Metro Plumbers to replace a leaking old bath with a shower and they did an absolutely first class professional job. They took care of everything for the removal of the old bath and supply and fitting of everything needed for a new, custom fitted shower - from plastering, plumbing, electrics, flooring to tiling. Polite and courteous at all times, showed up on time and kept me appraised at every stage of the work. Really pleased with the end result and how clean and tidy they left everything. I absolutely recommend their work and will be using them again.

Metro plumbers are fantastic, I've never contacted a plumber and had such a fast and friendly service. I'm a private client lawyer and instructed drain down of an empty property and Metro went above and beyond to make sure the work was carried out quickly and fitted in around my client and even took the time to give the executor/client a call themselves. All the staff are so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Thanks so much guys, I'll never go anywhere else!

I've had low hot water pressure for months and had numerous plumbers out all saying its a mains pressure nothing wrong with it. Jordan from metro plumbers came out and within and hour identified the problem and ordered a new part. Within a week replaced the part which he showed me and was obviously broken and water pressure brilliant now and no more waste of water. Would highly recommend this company to anyone well done metro and thanks Jordan

Wildly overcharged for basic work. Justified this by claiming the work would take hours when it only took an hour and a half. Didn't solve the problem properly then tried to wildly overcharge us again for another visit. Avoid at all cost (which will be hefty).

Metro were really helpful with my boiler issues. They even advised me that I may be able to do it myself and wouldn’t need to pay them to come.
In the end I did need them to come, which they did really promptly
They will now be my go to plumbers. Cheers guys

A total waste of time! Richard came out to diagnose a leak but he made inadequate checks and didn’t want to touch anything. He insisted that the ceiling would have to be cut out to see the pipes. I used a local plumber later who quickly assessed the situation by pulling a floor board up and the problem was soon resolved with a good quality sealant. I would personally never use Metro Plumbers.

My boiler stopped working phoned metro lovely helpful receptionist, engineer came round same day 90pound call out said it was the remote control needed a new one . Called lewes plumbing next day opened boiler cleaned it replaced cover 50pound fully working ! No call out !!

Worst plumbers I’ve ever encountered. So far they have said (when asked to check our water meter due to high bills) that we “just had high water usage”. It later turned out to a faulty meter; that the water damage on the wooden bath panel they installed is us “hitting it”; that a leaking pipe from a boiler they’d installed was also us “knocking it”; that a water leak behind our bath was our fault and because of our washing machine - later turned out to be water damage from the grouting needing replacing. When they replaced the grouting (in a bathroom filled with white grouting, they replaced a few tiles worth with grey grouting and proceeded to clean up their mess which my baby son’s duck towel. Like I said: worst plumbers ever! AVOID.
