I can't stress enough how grateful I am for N Price. They were professional, quick, efficient, caring and affordable. The assessed the situation, they removed all parts of my back boiler and replaced it with a new combi system in 2 days. No mess at the house at all. A friend recommended N.Price to me.
I wanted a new boiler put in the attic. Another company told me all sorts of reasons why it was "difficult". N Price said no problem and when they could do it. They came round and just got on with it. A good "can do" attitude.
I recently had a yearly service of the boiler. Their operative was respectful of my property ,good humoured and just did the job. I would definitely use them again

A really friendly local firm who genuinely go the extra mile.
Our boiler packed up two days before Christmas eve and we had no hot water.
They managed to make space for me, diagnosed the issue as a diverter valve and got the new part fitted all within 24 hours.
Thank you Ross and everyone at N price for working really hard to fix the problem in time for Christmas. I don't think out kitchen tap water has ever been this hot!

Very professional and did all they could for us to get a new boiler installed as we had no heating or hot water. From quote to install was only 3 days and we are very happy & warm :) Can not recommend them enough!

Nathan runs a great company and is a really nice guy. The team in the office are polite and helpful and the response times are always impressive. N Price Ltd are the only heating and plumbing engineers I use and will ever use. I would give them a 10/10 in every area. I have used them on multiple projects and the standards have never waivered. What really stands out for me is the level of information I receive as a customer about what the problem is or was and exactly why they have done the work they have done. It really sets them apart from any other company I have used and I trust Nathan and his team implicitly and you can too.

Full marks for Nathan. He arrived spot on time. He offered to take off his shoes (offer accepted!) before going upstairs to the boiler. He was friendly and professional and we were happy to leave him finishing off while we went out. Next time we need a plumber, we need to look no further.

Nathan correctly diagnosed we needed a new boiler after other companies had said we needed pipes cutting out! Nathan was right and as soon as Shawn fitted the new boiler the system worked perfectly!
