Such a great place to be, the intersection still looks fine. I crossed it and followed The Beatles footsteps. Can't get enough!

Legendary! With all the signatures on the front wall and probably the most famous zebra crossing in the world.

Cool place to come and visit, though you are not allowed inside as there are no public tours. It's actually a small house which has been converted into one of the worlds most iconic music creation spaces. If you are a Beatles fan this is a must see! It seems that they have given up with trying to get people to stop writing on their wall and now actually encourage it!

The legendary recording studio. Some of the greatest musician has recorded their album here. The vibe is magical. The sound engineers are very professional and helpful.

Came here with my ❤ to see the studio. It was cool to walk across the street and take pictures. Also, walking up to the front gate and looking at the studio was really cool. We walked around the neighborhood which was a lot of fun too. It was a great day visiting this historical place. Glad we did it. Happy Holidays everyone! Hope you get to visit here too one day. Beatles Forever!!!! From Las Vegas, Michael

Iconic location! Pretty busy at the weekend with tourists coming for pictures and tours. Zebra cross is the most busy place after the studios. Worth a check if you're a fan or even if you want to be next to where icons were born.

Memorable place, if you are in London don’t miss it, it is very easy to get there. It might take you a few minutes to get your perfect picture because sometimes there is a line.

If you like the Beatles and English pop, if you haven't left the center of London during your trip, if you can get there during off-peak hours, if you have money to spend at the Beatles Store nearby, if you do not expect to achieve the photo consistent with the 1969 album, then the ballad is fully worth the detour!

After doing a session here I can say that the studios and the facilities are amazing. You feel right at home whether you play bass, guitar or if you're just a walk in musician. The staff are super friendly and with everything that's happening it reminds to stay clean and protective whilst being inside the studio.

This is a historic location in Beatles history. lots and lots of tourists come here I recommend come here on a Sunday morning at approximately 7:30 to 8 in the morning as I found there was only a very small handful of people checking this place out and there's virtually no traffic. I stayed here for a while and people do come here by themselves and there are lots of friendly people who would graciously take a picture for you as I came alone and some people help me out with pictures I do caution everyone because the residents in this area get annoyed with the amount of people going in the middle of the street and the cars have a tendency of not stopping so please be careful because the motorists get irritated with the tourists.

If you ever go to London and have some time, you should go see this place. It's just the spot where the Beatles Abby Road cover was taken, and the iconic recording studio. Amazingly, it has not changed much in 2019 from the way it looked in 1969!

Been in Abbey Road Studios many times. My Mum and Dad worked there in the 1950's and my Mum had previously won a scholarship to the Guildhall School of music and George Martin was in the same year as her. I used to have a lot of friends work there (now retired) and did a bit of work for them fixing their outboard equipment like Lexicons and stuff. They have a fantastic vintage Microphone collection as they of course used to own Olympic Studios in Barnes. I am lucky been in Studio 2 many times and all the other studios and a great experience seeing some of the vintage equipment The Beatles recorded on so I love Abbey Road Studios so much personal history there.

Whilst the Studios themselves aren't open to the public, their surroundings are, including the famous zebra crossing. Refreshingly, graffiti are welcome along the walls outside the Studios, and a visit to the adjacent shop is also worthwhile for Beatles fans (small, inexpensive souvenirs are abundant - there is no need to spend a lot of money unless you really like the look of the most expensive objects: a mini recording machine - see photos). I visited the Studios' surroundings whist on the London Rock Tour organised by Access All Areas, booked via Trip Advisor).

Once you are the Beatles or Pink Floyd fun, it's the must ... do not expect you will see any of three famous studious, however, you should walk across the famous cross, the Beatles did some 50 years ago ... leave your graffitti message on the wall and don't forget to stop-by in a souvenir shop next doors. It's lovely. I do adore all drivers, passing by ... you have to be very patient, in order to let all the funs to cross by :0)

The place is a must for Beatles fans, the store is full of very nice memorabilia but I think there is a missed opportunity of having even a small Beatles museum. Just one of McCartney's basses and the original score of Yesterday are exhibited but you'd imagine that the most memorable studio in the world would have a bigger showcase of Beatles history.

Abbey Road Studios, even in the pouring rain is 'cool'. I'd personally rather head down to #lordscricketground which is some 100m away‼️

Studio has an unique style like it was in 1969, when the Beatles were recording the Abby Road cover. It is amazing that you can feel the vibe from those times...

History First Hand! Since you cannot actually go into the Abbey Road Studios the next best thing is to visit the gift shop that is right next to the studios. There you will find an array of memorabilia. I also recommend taking photos of the outside and yes the cross walk. It is a unique experience. If you are an artist looking to record you will of course need to contact the studio directly for booking.

Great bit of history tucked away in the suburbs, Abbey Road Studios is right outside the famous Abbey Road Crossing pictured below. You’ll find tourists patiently waiting for their turns to cross the road for a perfect pic!

If you are a Beatles Fan! You need to go! Taking a pic on the cross walk can be a challenge, but worth it! The actual studio is not open to the public, but has a great gift shop right next to it!

A popular spot for Beetles fans. Dice with the cars on the pedestrian crossing to have your picture taken. Beware that the traffic does not always stop !!!! Just down the road is the Abbey road gift shop where you can purchase mementos.

Don't misunderstand me, but the all thing is overrated it. Just a Zebra pass. People were bothering to drivers trying to take the "photo". AS kept in time the same. There is an improvised wall, where people let message.

Good place. But please don't pose on the zebra crossing. It's just a nightmare for drivers and people who live nearby. Also it's not even the original crossing that the beatles walked across! The original crossing that featured on the Abbey Road cover 41 years ago was reportedly moved by several yards to its current position in the 1970s.

At the end of the day it's a place of such rich musical history you can't not feel something when you come here. The endless tourists playing chicken with the traffic of the crossing is also quite amusing. The shop has some interesting gifts but they are very over priced. However to just stand outside the venue where so much amazing music was recorded is worth the trip.

Amazing place to go and pay homage to the many greats who recorded here. Walk the hallowed halls, and visit the gift shop full of original and interesting trinkets and souvenirs. From vinyl album repressings to fridge magnets, road signs, stickers and post cards, etc . The zebra crossing outside is where the Beatles took the photo for their world famous album cover of the same name. The front wall is replete with graffiti that mostly pays tribute to the Fab four. Take a pen with you so that you can also leave your mark. This is the ultimate shrine to Paul McCartney, John Lennon, Ringo Starr, and George Harrison, and to the music and legacy that they left the world. If you love the Beatles then this is a must stop building on your tour of London. You won't need long, an hour should be enough for you to snap a photo on the cross walk and visit the studio itself. It's located outside of the central congestion zone, and there's a lot of parking and busses nearby, so it's a pretty good first stop if you're doing a day trip to London and seeing all the sites. There's also an alternative Beatles store a short walk away, that an older gentleman in a brown corduroy hat will direct you to. It's also well worth the 5 minute walk to get to. His prices are better, his selection is wider, and he has quite a collection of authentic era antique Beatles merchandise there too, much of which is also for sale ( at a price ). But his mugs and bears are cute and less expensive than the official gift shop in the studio. We didn't see anyone else recording during the Abbey road studios tour, but it was nice to be able to see the place, and learn about the many other artists who have recorded epic, history making, albums here. There is merchandise for some of them in the gift shop, also, although most of what they have is Beatles related, as you would expect. Traffic can be understandably impatient to people who are creating jams to get that perfect picture on the cross walk, so if you are going to take a snap, try to make it as brief as possible, and be considerate to other motorists who are just trying to get to their destination, please. London Bus service from here goes direct to Regent Street and on to Trafalgar Square, where you'll find the National portrait gallery.

The studio is not open to public, however it is still a historically memorial place, and there is a Beatles shop next to it. So besides trying hard, waiting at Abbey road to take crossing the road pictures(massive crowds and traffic will make it difficult for sure) you can also pay a visit to this store.
